Quand je suis arrivé à l’hôtel, le personnel m’a montré ma chambre…
J’avais donc réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse ( une suite )
À ma grande surprise et pendant la tour room le jacuzzi n’était pas là.
J’ai alors été à l’accueil montrer les photos comme quoi j’avais bel et bien réservé une suite avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse.
Ils m’ont dit qu’elle n’était plus disponible.. j’ai donc regardé sur booking et la chambre était bien présente, ils m’ont donc donné la chambre qui était prévu mais ils m’ont fait rajouter un supplément ….
Très déçu de ça !!!! Je ne sais même pas si ils ont le droit ????

Ein sehr schönes und von freundlichem Personal betriebenes Hotel, mit etwas Renovierungsbedarf!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super! Die Anlage ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Der eigene Zugang zum Pool und Strand sind perfekt zum entspannen.
Das Personal hat wirklich ein großes Lob verdient: Von der Begrüßung (inkl Welcome-Drink) bis hin zur Abreise waren alle Mitarbeiter stets sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstück und Mittagessen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war inkludiert und sehr gut. Auch beim Mittagessen passen Preis-Leistung absolut! Außerdem sitzt man vorne am Strand mit tollem Meerblick.
Alles in allem würden wir wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Vor allem wegen der Lage und dem Personal.

Cons:

2 Dinge sind negativ anzumerken:
1. Einige Stellen in den Zimmern sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das Holz im Bad war an einigen Stellen schwarz (womöglich Schimmel) und auch die Fugen in der Dusche hätten deutlich sauberer seien können. Im ersten Zimmer war auch ein Schimmelfleck an der Wand im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben allerdings sofort ein anderes Zimmer erhalten als wir dies angemerkt haben.
Einige Renovierungsarbeiten wären in den Zimmern aber zu empfehlen.
2. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist teuer und die Portionen sind sehr klein. Auch wenn die Qualität gepasst hat ist Preis-Leistung hier weit auseinander. Besonders weil man in Santa Teresa Gallura (15 min mit dem Auto entfernt) deutlich besser und günstiger essen kann. Frühstuck und Mittagessen sind allerdings super und zu empfehlen.

Gut bis sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Dinner könnte etwas mehr landestypische und italienische Küche bieten, manchmal zu exaltiert und modernistisch.

Cons:

Kein Fernseher mit Empfangsmöglichkeit internationaler Sender, sehr altmodisch, nur italienische Sender. Es war nicht möglich, die WM-Fußballspiele zu sehen.

Pros:

staff was very friendly, allowed for late check in. The gym is not very good, no airconditioning and the equipment is not well maintianed. Otherwise, everything was great

Séjour idyllique dans un emplacement et un établissement de charme
Pros:

Emplacement fabuleux au bord d'une petite plage retirée, à la fois privée et publique. Très bel hôtel avec des chambres confortable et des espaces communs de qualité. Jolie piscine bordée de transats et de parasols. Personnel très gentil et très attentionné. Repas (petit déjeuner et diner) pris sur une terrasse surplombant la piscine avec vue paradisiaque sur la mer. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés avec une petite suite dont la terrasse ouvrait directement sur les jardins et la mer. Un grand merci pour cette superbe attention ! Une semaine formidable au calme et dans une adre de rêve.

Cons:

S'il devait y avoir un petit bémol, le petit déjeuner (objectivement très bon) pourrait être un tout petit peu amélioré avec plus de choix salés et du vrai jus d'orange par exemple. Le restaurant est de qualité, mais les portions, notamment pour les entrées, très réduites.

Cons:

Keinesfalls 5 Sterne Standard das Service betreffend. Reduzierte Zimmerpreise werden offensichtlich generell gegeben - das ist unseriös. Der Fitnessbereich ist offensichtlich eine Notlösung im Kellerabteil mit Wasserschaden. Das Frühstück ist 3-Stern Niveau. Die Restaurantleitung ist eine Zumutung.
