Would love to stay there again
Pros:

Central to surfers without being right in the city. Close to transport so car was not needed. Rooms were well appointed and staff were excellent

Cons:

Nothing to dislike on the premises.

A spacious, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location with great facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at BreakFree Beachpoint. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. We especially loved the large balcony with its incredible views across the city – it was the perfect place to sit and unwind.

The location was excellent. The beach was directly across the road, and it was only a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and takeaway options. There was also a tram stop just around the corner, making it easy to travel to places like Pacific Fair and the Surfers Paradise area without needing the car.

The free undercover parking was a huge bonus as we had hired a car to visit the theme parks. The location made it easy to access the main roads, so getting to and from the parks was simple.

We were also pleasantly surprised to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, which made travelling with the family so much easier.

The facilities were excellent. My children loved spending time in the indoor pool, while my husband made good use of the sauna almost every day.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Although reception is only open during certain hours, they were always happy to provide advice and answer questions. We were able to purchase our theme park tickets through reception at no extra cost, and they also sold tram tickets, which was really convenient. After-hours access was straightforward, and everyone we met around the apartments was friendly and respectful.

Cons:

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a few extra dishwasher tablets. Guests are asked to wash their dishes before checking out, which we completely support, but with only one dishwasher tablet and a small sachet of dishwashing liquid provided, it was difficult to properly clean everything during our stay. As a result, some of the kitchen items we found on arrival hadn't been cleaned particularly well by previous guests. A couple of extra dishwasher tablets would make it much easier for everyone to leave the kitchenware spotless for the next visitors.

Lovely place close to everything including having the beach directly across the road. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Our apartment was lovely, very spacious and great view. The outdoor BBQ area is fantastic and the indoor pool etc was great.

Cons:

Although we did have a great view I thought we would be facing the ocean not side on. When we arrived the apartment was not vacuumed but the lady did say housekeeping hadn’t been in for a couple of days and if there was anything we needed to let her know. As soon as I requested for the apartment be vacuumed she was so apologetic and straight on to it.
