Fantastic location
Pros:

Location, location, location . I’ve been staying at Ocean Breeze for over 35 years purely for its location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean.

Cons:

The room is tired - in need of a face lift.

Great stay in a great location with fantastic value for money
Pros:

The apartment and facilities were lovely, great value for money, and the location was excellent. The staff were always willing to help and were lovely during all interactions.

Cons:

The property was great, the only consideration next time would be there is no lift but that’s a personal preference not property issue.

Perfect spot in Noosa
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, big shout out to Cliff at reception and Norm who helped us out of a bind when we had a flat battery. The location was fantastic literally opposite the beach and close to cafes and restaurants. Very spacious well appointed apartment that had everything we needed to cook a meal. The gym was great, lots of weights and very new cardio equipment which is rare in a lot of hotel/resorts. They even had a sauna which was great. Under cover parking was a bonus.

Cons:

Nothing, would definitely come back.

O espaço é bem grande e tem comodidades para facilitar a estadia.

Cons:

Achei a limpeza do quarto bem ruim. Muito pó, principalmente ao lado da máquina de lavar. Havia brinquedo de outro hóspede no chão, o que me faz pensar que mal limparam. E, a questão de não ter serviço de quarto, me incomoda.

The location to shops and beach.
The apartment was well equipped and nicely decorated. Very clean

Cons:

The stairs. I would like it if placed advertise if there are stairs and no lifts.
The apartment was quite cold as got no sun.
The single beds were hard.

The road and pedestrian noise was loud, particularly Friday and Saturday night and in the mornings. But the location made up for it.
