This is my 4th stay at this hotel and the worst experience ever!
First of all the payment method, my debit card work everywhere in Seoul only in there hotel it doesn’t! Second I told them I’ll pay cash but cash is in the luggage can I bring it after check in? They said no! They wanted me to open my luggage in front of all people to take the cash!
Unprofessional?
Third when I start making payment they told me their rate is higher than in booking even tho I booked by booking.com!
Forth when they have the keys I went to the room which was on 14th floor and it was standard can you imagine for that high price they gave me standard room! I called them and said I won’t stay at this room it’s not clean and I paid for deluxe! Ok then they changed the room for the one I stayed before when I was in Seoul
Fifth! In the morning when I start packing they called me and rush I told them I’m packing give me sometime like 10mi utes but they said quickly because it’s already the time !
Are you serious?? You can’t make 10 minutes for the person who is paying your hotel to stayvvv

The prices of coffee and the restaurants were exorbitant I would not recommend.

We had the room that included lounge access which meant we could eat breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the buffet. The views were great. The hiking trails were fun too.
Sometimes the line took a while to catch a taxi. Might be easier to use an app to book.

A gracious, refined atmosphere.
The hotel stank quite a bit. A felt a bit sick by the end of my stay. The pizza was simply the worst imaginable. What was that?
