Good value for money
Pros:

Considering London’s hotel prices, if you don’t mind being a bit farther from central London, I’d say it is a really great pick. Everything you need is right next to the hotel: the tube station, Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, and McDonald's. If you walk for a bit longer you can also catch the Elizabeth line trains.

Cons:

Rooms are not really soundproof and the floor is a bit squeaky.

Clean, lovely staff, great food.
Pros:

Very clean, welcoming staff. Great food, breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was on wheels and moved when you just sat or moved on the bed.

Nice and clean. Enough space for three people and to still be comfortable .

Cons:

Thought location was more excusably by tube from Wembley. Had to walk down a dodge road to get to a direct tube station.

Hot room everything else is fine
Pros:

The ac was not working and the hotel was way too hot, the fan had a 2 hrs limit and throughout the night the room was roasting, way too hot. I don't think the ac worked too well. I won't stay there again I would go somewhere else. The restaurant was ok, the food was good, the staff were fine and the ac downstairs works but in the room it was unbearable

Cons:

The room was way too hot and I spent all night getting up to put the fan on every 2 hours, not very happy about this.

It was a means to an end. Just some frustrating things happened which weren’t dealt with quickly

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice

Cons:

Room wasn’t available even though we arrived just before check in. Had to wait 50 mins but only after I complained were we given the key to the room. Only 1 towel so had to ask for more then waited another hour for them. It all delayed us getting ready for our concert so we were on last minute leaving for the venue. One of the lifts wouldn’t stop on our floor so had to walk up a flight with heavy luggage
