Great location, clean, great pool. Friendly staff. Would stay again
Pros:

Location to the Rocky Sports Center. Walkable to restaurants but away from main strip.

Cons:

Street side was noisy. If we booked again would request a backside room.

Pros:

The overall look of the lodge was very nice. I thought the pool area was gorgeous.

Cons:

The fact that there was only one elevator was VERY inconvenient, especially during the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Walking distance to stores and shops in Gatlinburg and a close drive to pigeon forge

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, we booked the stay because they have a restaurant and coffee shop on the premise although no free breakfast we are excited to be able to eat and not have to go out. However when we got there we were told that the coffee shop and the restaurant are shut down with no explanation as to when it would be back to running. We stayed four nights and the restaurant was never open had to walk over 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the morning especially if you run out of the cheap coffee pods they give you in the room. Everything is very outdated pictures online are very deceiving.

If u dont care much about the cleaniness.. it is acceptable to stay.

Hate to leave bad reviews but I have to be honest! Don’t make the same mistake!
Pros:

The room was just depressing… I was too tired to argue. The staff was super nice and went out of their way to welcome us. That was the only highlight.
Room was just awful… old smelly carpet, tiny bathroom with toilet always running. The pool was just nasty and the smell in the hallways and lobby was just pungent.

Cons:

Stained furniture, very outdated property that needs to be renovated. It felt like a cheap motel off the interstate and not an iconic lodge in the heart of tourist attraction.
I’m just glad I only stayed 2 nights.
