Overall it was a great stay. Location to everything was great
Pros:

All of the staff was wonderful!! Especially Rokeya. She was very welcoming and helpful. She has a wonderful sense of humor as well!

Cons:

Some things were a little dated. Didn’t care for the bathroom tub or door.

Pros:

Indoor and outdoor pool. It is right by a running creek. They have a covered patio area right by the creek. Staff was friendly. Very family friendly, accommodated large groups, and as many kids as there were, we didn't have any noise issues.

Cons:

Elevator and coming off the elevator is hot. Most are however. Shower heads could use a replacement. Had a gas fireplace in the room, couldn't get it to work, so we assumed it was non-operational. Everything else was great. Breakfast is not included, but they do have a 11 dollar Breakfast buffet.

Very nice staff
Pros:

Cassie at check in was very helpful and nice. She also went out of way to help us with another night booking through your hotel for the next day.
Also Roeyka was very helpful during our stay with helping my wife getting into our room when the key didn’t work she went with her to the room to ensure the key worked properly. Very friendly staff!

The employees behind the front desk were absolutely wonderful and very kind especially John!

Cons:

The lady in the restaurant was very rude yesterday when we went to order a pizza we asked for sauce and she rolled her eyes and told us it would be extra, which was OK with us, but she had a horrible attitude
