Highly enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
Pros:

Loved the beautiful spirit that checked us in and usually was there in the evenings. She was a blast and very resourceful. So sorry I can't think of her name 😔 She made our stay so much better with her help and knowledge! Rooms were clean and perfect for sleeping. The pool was very nice and warm. Close to the Gatlinburg strip with a short walk or trolley ride. And the bears are around, which was cool to see... from a distance.

Overall a great place to stay!
Pros:

The restaurant attached to the lobby was great. We had dried noodles and some burnt chicken tenders for "Chicken Parmesan" but the burgers and fries were great. We ate there several nights. All the staff we encountered were wonderful and very accommodating.

Cons:

The wifi was basically nonexistent, not good for trying to work from the rooms or anywhere really. I had no idea there was a paid option but I may not have tried it since the free was so slow we couldn't connect. I ended up hotspotting from my phone to use my tablet for work. The "Quiet Hours" for adults only swim was hardly enforced, tons of teenagers from a travel team/s were doing cannonballs into the pool well after the 10pm timeframe

Nice Hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

Pool area was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the main strip.

Cons:

Vending machines did not work. Went to the restaurant to purchase a bottle of water and had to wait 15 min before someone acknowledged we were there.

I wouldn’t stay at this place.
Pros:

The location was in a short walking distance to downtown.

Cons:

The property is old and the room is too. The pictures are misleading. It shows nice clean room with what looks like new beds. The beds were hard and the pillows are like tiny couch pillows.

This has been our favorite place to stay. We’re excited to go back soon!
Pros:

The second we got there, the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean. We ordered food from the restaurant inside and that was affordable and tasted good. The pool was the highlight of the whole trip for my kids.

Stupid security
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were really nice, everything was clean.

Cons:

We took my 11 month old grand baby down to the pool to splash around. There were alot of teenagers that were taking up both the upper and lower pool areas. They were throwing 2 footballs over everyone's head, including a baby that was much smaller than my granddaughter.. the balls kept hitting the rocks and bouncing back in the water and splashing these babies. The other baby was about 1 month old... they threw one that got close to my grand baby and I said something but they continued to be disruptive. When I told the front desk the next day, I was told those people had "private security" now, im not sure what that has to do with following the rules.... idc who you are, you follow the rules like everyone else. If one of those footballs had hit one of those babies it would've been bad... AND I WOULD HAVE BEAT THE DOG SH@T OUTTA SOME LITTLE PUKES! I'm calling the hotel later after work because that is absolute BS the excuse I got. We paid almost $180 for a room there and couldn't even enjoy the amenities. We probably won't go back there because of their lack of give a shit.

Employees were nice and attentive.

Cons:

The lodge was noticeably old. Water spots on the popcorn ceilings. You could tell the ceiling sheetrock had been badly replaced or repaired. The whole lodge just had an old vibe.
