A well appointed railway terminus hotel that has style and grandeur.
Pros:

Sligo Railway Station hotel, that has retained its grandeur. The decor and furnishings were of a high standard and my accessible room was perfect. The buffet breakfasts are very good quality and help was available for the less mobile.

Cons:

The only area of complaint was the exterior elevator to get the ‘hard of walking’ from the car park to the first floor hotel reception, it was temperamental in operation.

The bar food was amazing I know it was only a sandwich but it was the nicest one I ever had 😁

I'm disabled so had a few stairs to climb but overall it was very good

Very enjoyable short stay, two nights.
Pros:

We travelled by train and as the hotel is beside the station the location was perfect. The town is easily accessible from the hotel. We had a swim in the leisure centre. The room was clean and the staff friendly. We did not have breakfast.
