A really great hotel with fabulous facilities. A very comfortable room. We ate in the bar the two nights we were there. Food is delicious. Really good singer on called Alvin. We went swimming in the pool which we really enjoyed.

Room was clean. Slept well...very comfy. Liked the fact that there's a whole leisure facility in a building just 20 second walk away. Scenery was nice and offers a nice walk-around as its close to the beach.
Staff promised the function room (for a birthday party) and events would be a certain way. I ran this by the banquet manager TWICE...IN PERSON. They were not at all like that on the day. Drinks and good were very overpriced. Portions were just normal (for the price). Room had no air-con and weather was 25-29 outside. No problem...just open the window in the room....you can...just!...the window opened at the top about 5inches. Bathroom was very very basic. Expected more for the cost of the room. Party of 8 at one time....in the restaurant one day, we ordered food after drinks.....food took close to one hour to get it. Unfortunately, my credit card payment went through instantly and sufferred no such problems when they were taking my money!
Location was fabulous, so close to the bay with an amazing g coastal walk . Bedroom was bright , clean and very comfortable
Only disappointment was the food was just ok, we did only eat in the bar . Breakfast was nice .

No ramp from hotel down to the leisure centre.
Brilliant place to stay, lovely relaxing place.
The only thing that I am going to criticise on all future reviews, is the lact of Irish hotels with no air con. This is not just in the rooms, giving the increase in July temperatures over the last five years, this needs to be addressed.
