Miejsce petarda , widoki jeszcze lepsze

Cons:

Zamówiłem pokój Premium z widokiem na rzekę i na Wawel a dostałem z widokiem na parking i ścianę budynku , po rozmowie z recepcja dostałem bardzo oschłą odp ze tak ma byc i nie pomogą za 1500 to chyb raczej dramat .

A wonderful location with all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing I asked for was impossible. I highly recommend it.

1. In the room we arrived late in the evening, and the water in the sink wasn't draining at all. There was nothing we could do about it. Unfortunately
2. It was noisy until 1 a.m. we could hear music from the street and music from the restaurant area on the ground floor (ground floor).
3. The door closed very strangely. At first, you had to push it closed from the side where the lock is, and only then step out and shut it properly. If someone was inside the room, you couldn't open the door from outside. It just wouldn't open. Not critical, but very inconvenient.
