Rückblickend ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.
Cons:

Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund dort Gast und mussten für den Hund 50€ zahlen. Mit welcher Begründung? Welche Kosten verursacht der Hund?

Nie jest to mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu i mam nadzieję że nie ostatni

Sniadanie bardzo dobre. Personel również.
Bardzo miły i opiekuńczy anglojęzyczny kierownik przebywający cały czas na terenie dolnego baru, również podczas śniadania. Znajdzie czas na krótką rozmowę z każdym gościem.
Pracuję w podobnej branży i jego profesjonalizm muszę ocenić jako wzorowy.

Top Lage mit super Frühstücksbuffet aber leider mangelhafte Sauberkeit in den Zimmern

Top Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und angenehmer Frühstücksraum. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man auch laktosefreie Milch. Sehr nettes Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür war defekt und wurde erst nach langer Diskussion mit dem Hausmeister tatsächlich repariert. Außerdem war die Dusche defekt. Es wurde zwar beides nach Aufforderung repariert, aber in einem 5 Sterne Hotel könnte man eigentlich davon ausgehen, dass diese Dinge vor der Ankunft geprüft werden

Außerdem ist die Zimmerreinigung extrem mangelhaft für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Nachdem der Hausmeister die Dusche repariert hatte, waren noch die dreckigen Fußabdrücke in der Dusche und am Boden. Der Boden im Badezimmer wurde während dem Aufenthalt (7Nächte) kein einziges Mal gewischt, nicht mal gesaugt.
