The hotel service was top notch. Hotel Porter met us outside to collect our luggage before we even entered the hotel. Reception staff were polite, helpful, explained everything about the hotel. Rooms were clean, stocked up, and house cleaning service always arrived in the mornings to tidy up the room and restock.
Central restaurant area was always clean, staff accommodating, and great food and awesome breakfast.
Emilia at the bar was fantastic! Recommended several different drinks, food and desert. I ended up ordering her special bourbon bang cocktail! It was delicious! Will definitely stay here again next time in Kraków.

Fantastisk beliggenhed ned til floden og tæt på den gamle bydel. Restaurant placeret i midten af det hele med glastag. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Alt hvad der er brug for på et ophold i en smuk og dejlig by.

Widok z okna, komfortowy pokój i wyśmienite jedzenie. Ręcznie napisana kartka na powitanie była miłym zaskoczeniem.
Mały parking i niewystarczająco wygłuszone pokoje.
Such friendly staff!! Extremely accommodating… we had never been to the country so they made sure communication was clear and provided us with many near by activity and restaurant ideas! Delicious breakfast and large gym!
