Pros:

Možnost zdarma parkování u hotelu. Výborná snídaně. Prostornost pokoje. Byli jsme se vším velmi spokojeni.

Cons:

Na pokoji by mohla být varná konvice na čaj a kávu.

Wir sind der Meinung, dass man Kritik offen äußern soll und nicht "die Faust in der Tasche machen." Nur wenn man Ihnen die Punkte, die einem nicht oder gut gefallen haben, mitteilt, habt Ihr die Möglichkeit etwas zu verändern oder beizubehalten.
Sehr gut war das Essen in Ihrem Restaurant, sowohl vom Geschmack, als auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ebenso toll der Service.

Cons:

Enttäuscht waren wir vom Frühstück: Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Die Eier, die uns nicht geschmeckt haben (wir vermuten, dass sie nicht aus frischen Eiern, sondern aus Tetra-Pack "Eierflüssigkeit" hergestellt wurden) waren entweder alle oder kalt. Es wurden auch keine Alternativen wie z. Bsp. Spieleier, Eier mit etwas Speck oder Käse oder Kräutern angeboten. Auch an zwei anderen Tischen war dies ein Thema. Man war der Meinung, dass bei den Übernachtungspreisen das Angebot an Eierspeisen vielseitiger sein müsste. Ein Service fand beim Frühstück, außer dem Kontrollieren und eventuellen Nachlegen beim Buffet, nicht bei den fehlenden oder kalten Eiern, nicht statt. Keine Nachfrage, ob etwas fehlt, kein Abräumen benutzter Teller.

Super Hotel, kann absolut nichts Negatives darüber sagen, ausser vielleicht dem Preis...
Pros:

Super, dass Sonntag das Frühstück eine halbe Stunde früher als sonst verfügbar war aufgrund eines bevorstehenden Radrennens in der Nähe. Das zeigt maximale Flexibilität, Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse der Gäste und ist für mich absolut hervorzuheben. Aussergewöhnlicher Service!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wäre eine noch etwas umfangreichere Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen, für meine Bedürfnisse hat aber alles wunderbar gepasst. Hat alles super geschmeckt und daher ist es auch eher positiv als negativ zu bewerten ;)

Schönes Vierbettzimmer und leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück und beim Check-out wirkte etwas gleichgültig/neutral (weniger herzlich als am Vorabend).

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war super. Die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Super schnell im Zentrum von Bremen.

Clean but their room service policy needs a serious revision
Pros:

The room was clean. The breakfast was reasonable, even if repetitive (we stayed for more than 7 days).

Cons:

It is unacceptable that room service knocks on our door at 8:00 AM sharp every single morning. The main purpose of our stay is to relax and rest, not to be woken up at 8:00 AM—especially while traveling with a small child.

Moreover, it seemed that breakfast was balanced wrt the presence of guests. Some mornings, at the beginning of the week, several thing were not available!

I have got room on the floor which is under renovation, there is no floor in carpet area, I felt like I am in underconstruction area. I went with my relative, I felt very bad by getting this treatment.
