Pros:

Perfect location. Very near Notre Dame. The hotel restaurant is fabulous. So glad we knew about it and made a reservation ahead of time.

Pros:

A localização é fantástica. Junto ao Old Port, Saint Paul e Grande Rota. Hotel sossegado e relativamente pequeno / boutique. Staff muito simpático.

Cons:

O meu quarto estava ao lado de uma dispensa onde estavam os equipamentos de AC. Não me prejudicou especialmente mas para um light sleeper as coisas poderiam correr pior - não tendo existido margem de alteração de quarto. Mas o quarto era espaçoso e sem ruído da rua.

Beautiful clean property in Old Town. Close to Bascillica Norte Dame , shops, restaurants, waterfront. Also has a very nice and delicious restaurant.

Pros:

Loved the location. Walking distance to everything but away from the noisy party streets. Welcoming staff, perfect sleep, spacious room. Loved the bathtub in the Deluxe Room!

Pros:

Breakfast was alright, just a little different having it in the room. Great location of the hotel since we were getting onboard a cruise ship. Really appreciated the assistance and help transferring our luggage to the port. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable since they had low spots on each side of the bed. I wish there was an area to eat the breakfast rather than in the room.

Excellent location. breakfast delivered to the room and nice staff. Good choice for a short stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was sent to the room every day. They have different kinds of bread and fruit juices for the breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. You can get free bottle water and other needed things whenever you talk to them. The location is perfet for tourists to visit the old port, also near to many good restaurants and stores.

Cons:

We are not familar or get used to some of the facilities. For example, there is no way to make the room warmer with the air conditioning during summer. The control of washroom light, fan or power is a bit complex. The room is not that big and there is only one elevator. It is not a very big hotel, and somehow expensitive, probably due to the location and breakfast.

Extraordinary gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of Vieux Ville.
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in a quiet street but very near the popular part of Old town Montreal with all it's character, restaurants and attractions. The decor was lovely and the room very comfortable. The cleaning staff kept it immaculate. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, in particular Elena on reception and George in the restaurant. It was not too far a walk to the station.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and Theo the bar manager made perfect cocktails.

Cons:

These are extremely minor quibbles. If you are tea drinkers like we were no milk was provided, only creamer, and a coffee machine. However on request we were provided with milk and a kettle with teabags.
