Our “go to” hotel in Montréal.
Pros:

Welcoming and very competent staff throughout the property. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms and a top restaurant make this a top choice in Montréal.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was a presented in a novel fashion, but was a bit lacking…

Two rooms, two different experiences, overall satisfied
Pros:

Great location and staff, beautiful building and facilities. We booked 2 rooms and had 2 different experiences. The deluxe queen room was wonderful.

Cons:

The second room booked was the standard queen room however we were provided a room with a Murphy bed that had a broken frame. While we were very disappointed, hotel management did what they could to accommodate us for the inadequate sleeping conditions. Hopefully they fix or replace the frame and advertise the room appropriately and at a reduced price for the Murphy bed so future customers have the right expectation.

Hôtel Bonaparte is one of my favorite hotels in Old Montréal.

Personnels extrêmement accueillant notamment Michael et Manon la responsable de l’établissement, qui nous ont rapidement proposé une autre chambre puisque la première etait trop bruyante. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner absolument pas conforme pour un 4 etoiles.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, We would stay there
Pros:

The staff was very service oriented and helpful. The location by the Vieux Port and in the Old City was convenient, we could walk most places.

Cons:

I would have preferred a full breakfast instead of continental breakfast. There was a small fridge in the room though so we went to a grocery store and bought yogurt, fruit and hardboiled eggs.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in Old Montreal. And the staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. They were very helpful. We had one of the larger rooms and it was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish they had a full breakfast on site but they only have a continental breakfast that they deliver to your room.
