We would definitely stay again, felt it was good value with all in house facilities made the stay r
Pros:

We were very pleased with the in house restaurant evening hours accomadating us after driving delays due to the heavy rain events that day. Also the staff assistance that evening and the lovely kitchen staff accomadating us both that evening and the next morning at breakfast

Cons:

Perhaps a need for a large family unit where we could stay together but with separate bedrooms and bathrooms

Great stay
Pros:

I stayed as a lone female on a grab one deal for a bit of mid week rest and recoup after a difficult time. It was a lovely stay. I have stayed previously and noticed the big step up in service, rooms and restaurant from the prior owners. The room had been heated for arrival,, towels large and fluffy, staff helpful and friendly and professional. The brekkie was delicious and the bed enormous and super comfy. They also accommodated my request to arrive early and get my hot pools tickets before I checked in, so I got to spend extra time there too. Overall a big thumbs up and will be back soon.

We had dinner and it was great.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Enjoyed staying here

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like anything but some of the room just needed an update.
Tv channels were not that great.

Pros:

Bed super comfy and great location!

Cons:

Bathroom was outdated and old. Only Freeview TV, hallways are old and need new carpeting. Heating was an electric heater...no heatpump or even wall heater! Fridge opened wrong way too.
