Pros:

The location is amazing, So close to town you can just walk anywhere, The bath was amazing and so relaxing.
Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

No lift for the upper levels however that's a minor thing in the scheme of things.

A little disappointing for price

Room had 2 king size beds which spoilt the overall effect of a lovely room and only left room for 1 chair.

Absoutally brillant.
Pros:

An amazing historic venue warm and cozy in a winter wonderland. The dining hall with a open fire and cocktail bar was a real bonus. the gardens that surround the venue were also amazing.

Great stay but hot during the night
Pros:

The staff was lovely and helpful, the food was great, very good room.

Cons:

We had a west side room and it got so hot in the night. We had to completely turn off the heating and open the windows to sleep.

Pros:

Location is about the best you’ll get in Hanmer. The place is overall lovely and clean, and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The sound proofing is a little lacking between rooms, so it’s easy to hear people walking down the hallways which are a bit creaky. The room was also a bit hot and difficult to cool, even near the end of winter. Beds could be a little more comfortable.
