Opción muy recomendable menos en verano
Pros:

La habitación muy limpia, amplia, confortable y con espacio cocina muy práctico. El barrio es maravilloso con el parque y las tiendas. Buena conexión en metro con el centro (15 minutos).

Cons:

El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado ni contraventanas o persianas. El pasillo no tiene ventilación ni se puede airear cuando bajan las temperaturas por lo que mantiene el calor. A tener en cuenta cuando en Paris en los últimos años las temperaturas pueden llegar a 40 grados (con humedad, un infierno) tan pronto como el mes de junio. Hay ventilador en la habitación pero…

Aufenthalt war schön und wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter.
Pros:

Die Lage gefällt mir sehr gut. Ist ruhig und die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Wir hätten eine grössere Wohnung nehmen sollen, weil wir 4 Menschen waren.

Pros:

It was clean, easy to find, had good facilities and easy access to Metro and buses nearby. Very quiet.

Cons:

No air con, but that probably wouldn't have been an issue had it not been 35c!
Slightly odd layout with toilet not having a sink and being some way from the bathroom.

Skønt ophold, med fantastiske muligheder for at komme ind til Paris midte.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger super godt, i forhold til metro, indkøb, restauranter og en skøn park.

Cons:

Den er slidt flere steder, og gulvet var ikke helt rent.

Ótimo espaço e conforto do quarto, bairro silencioso e servido por supermercados e próximo a duas estações de metrô, equipe da recepção muito atenciosa e prestativa

Paris bien, por ser la primera vez
Pros:

Este apartamento lo teniamos como una opción para tomar. Era un apartamento familiar en dos pisos, aunque las comodidades estaban solo en la habitación superior. Quiero destacar la atención de Kimberly en la recepción quien se esmeró para que todo salga perfecto... en el desayuno estaba todo correcto y la persona que estaba para verificar que todo este bien se super preocupaba.

Cons:

La ubicación medio lejos, con lo que nos teniamos que mover mucho en metro, pero nada que preocupe. Los últimos dos dias habia otra chica asistiendo en el desayuno, que fue un desastre, mala onda...mal servicio, no reponia nada, solo habia café de la maquina, desastre. Pero ella fue la unica que bajó la nota, porque lo demas todo bien.

Das Appartement war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und für vier Personen in Ordnung .

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß , wir hatten Ventilatoren , aber eine Klimaanlage hätte uns besser schlafen lassen. Zwischendurch hätte ein Handtuchwechsel sein sollen bei 5 Nächten.

Nice spacious apartment, secure , good connectivity.
Pros:

The kitchen, the area of the apartment, the living room was very big to accommodate the big suitcases. The rooms were good enough for a family of 4. Very close to 2 grocery stores. 10 mins walk to metro. Secure location. Very quiet. Staff was english speaking.

Cons:

One of the bathroom was rendered useless due to foul smell. If travel time is a concern though good connectivity, can take an hour to reach from central tourist locations.
