Lovely inn with cozy interior, minutes away from downtown and the ocean.
Pros:

The space was very cozy and had everything one could need for a nice seaside getaway. The inn is on a quiet street with restaurants, shops and the ocean just a short walk away.

Cons:

It's a bit pricey but so are most nice accomodations in Rockport.

Pros:

No breakfast was offered.

Cons:

The King Bed filled the entire bedroom's width so we had to leave the light on all night so that we could use the bathroom during the night without slamming into the frame of the bed.

Overall, it was a very lovely place to stay.
Pros:

This room was very clean and comfortable. Marshall was very quick to respond and accommodate.
Very nicely decorated home. A very short walk to the adorable little town with galleries, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have a curtain in front of the sliders, looking out to the car park.

Pros:

We stayed in the Dog Watch Suite and it was fantastic. Everything was perfectly cleaned. The layout was really nice with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs while the living area and kitchen were downstairs. My only complaint is we were only in town for 1 night. So close to downtown and offers so much. We absolutely will be staying there again. Rockport is our favorite town and this was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed.

Fabulous stay and great location!
Pros:

I loved it and would highly recommend it. The location was amazing. The room was very clean, had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The bed was so comfortable.

We loved it here and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Pros:

Excellent decor, very comfortable, exceptionally clean. Everything was done with the guest in mind.

Cons:

We didn’t know there were 2sets of stairs to get to the living area of our room. Might have chosen a different room.

I would stay again. Very cute place.
Pros:

It was a good location. You could walk to the shops and restaurants. It was a very cozy b&b. It was clean and the staff was very attentive.

Cons:

I could not get my coffee maker, in my room, to work. Not a big deal. I do wish there was some made in the kitchen in the morning though.

Pros:

Great place to stay in a cool town. Samantha, Jim and Brendan are friendly and helpful staff. Can't fault 'it. Extremely clean and 5 minutes from Rockport centre and train station.
