Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence will undergo a beautification project and will remain open during the renovations. More stylish and modern, our team is excited to welcome you to this renewed space starting in June 2026. - Our breakfast room will be closed from March to June 2026. During this period, a takeaway menu is available at a price of €8/person. It includes a selection of fresh and varied products, accompanied by a hot drink - reservation required at reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Great Location and Comfort, But Limited Storage Space
Pros:

Parking was convenient, and the staff were consistently helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We appreciated the little touches: free coffee in the lobby, and trash bags, sponge, soap, and dish tabs all provided in the apartment. The space itself was quiet, and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The AC worked well, which made a real difference during our stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the old city center, the river, Les Halles, Westfield, and the train station. Monoprix is close by, as is Alliance Française if you're taking classes, and public transport (metro/bus/tram) is all nearby too. Evenings were quiet, so we consistently got a good night's rest. We'd happily stay here again.

Cons:

We found a couple of items in the room that weren't ours (a scrunchie and sunglasses), which suggested the room wasn't fully checked between guests. The bigger issue for us was storage. As a family of three staying five nights, we really struggled to unpack. There are built in closets, but not enough shelves to actually put clothes away properly, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for most of the stay. Adding a hanging closet organizer would be a big help.

Super séjour!
Pros:

Déjà notre deuxième séjour à cet établissement, et nous adorons. Idéalement localisé, près de la gare, du centre commercial et très près du centre-ville.
La chambre est propre et bien équipé.

L'excellent accueil et les conseils du personnel situé à la réception de l'établissement, la propreté de la chambre duplex à notre arrivée, la proximité des transports et de la gare, le calme de l'établissement, la clim lors de la période de canicule, la possibilité d'emprunter des parapluies de l'établissement à disposition à la réception lorsqu'on n'a pas prévu les pluies orageuses pendant notre séjour

Le ménage devait avoir lieu 1 fois par semaine. Je n'ai pas vu le ménage fait dans notre chambre pendant la semaine de séjour. Nous avons dû demander des nouvelles serviettes à la dame, qui a répondu à notre demande très rapidement. Les poubelles sont jetés dans le local poubelles par les clients. C'était une première pour moi. J'étais étonnée mais ce n'était pas réellement un souci vu la propreté du local poubelles de l'établissement.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, gratis Wasser und Kaffee am Eingang top!!! Beim Frühstück hat mann jetzt keine riesen Auswahl aber es war alles was man kennt im kleinen Stil da und gute Qualität. Preis / Leistung kann mann überhaupt nicht meckern und voll weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat waren die Kopfkissen, die waren allen zu hart unbequem.

Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour : suffisamment de serviettes de toilette, shampooing, savon, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave vaisselle, éponge, sac poubelle
