Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence will undergo a beautification project and will remain open during the renovations. More stylish and modern, our team is excited to welcome you to this renewed space starting in June 2026. - Our breakfast room will be closed from March to June 2026. During this period, a takeaway menu is available at a price of €8/person. It includes a selection of fresh and varied products, accompanied by a hot drink - reservation required at reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Je reviendrais !
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal pour moi puisque j'avais une formation qu'à 10-15 minutes à pieds et que j'étais proche de la plupart des commerces. Le lit était très confortable, l'installation de deux climatiseurs était au top !

Cons:

La pression de l'eau pour la douche, je trouve que le jet n'était pas suffisamment fort pour se laver convenablement...

Welcoming and comfortable hotel for a first visit to Lyon
Pros:

The staff member in reception were welcoming and helpful. The room was a comfortable size with a good size bathroom (and kitchen facilities, though we did not need them). The air conditioning was welcome too. The buffet breakfast was varied with good coffee and a variety of options from scrambled eggs and cheese to pastries and watermelon slices. The location was perfect too - 15 minutes to the city centre and 10/15 minutes to the train station on foot.

Lovely accomodation with air conditioning and helpful staff.
Pros:

Really good location close to part dieu station. The rooms have fantastic air conditioning which was much needed in the heatwave. The staff have been very kind and agreed to store our bags while we cycled to a nearby town for a night.

It‘s ok for the price.
Pros:

Room is newly renovated. Pastry area has all you need. Location is perfect.

Cons:

Bathroom is not bright enough. The light in the toilet is far more brighter. The place is still under renovation. Only 1 lift is operating.
