Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence will undergo a beautification project and will remain open during the renovations. Hôtel en travaux le prix reste malgré tout aussi cher. Pas de parking sans réserver bruyant et sale

Great location close to great food and every kind of transit, reasonable price, comfort&convenience
Pros:

Location is perfect. Maybe 15 minutes by foot from Lyon Part-Dieu train station, and 2-3 from the T1 Tram stop and the Metro. Short tram ride to Lyon Perrache, the stop you need for going up or down the Rhone. Lots of velo'v stations around. Near lots of good food, including at Les Halles and atop the Westfield mall, 'les tables' as well as a giant Carrefour.

The air conditioner works well, although is a bit loud even on the lowest setting.

The kitchenette is well-stocked, with more than one knife, cutting board, dishes, etc as well as soap, a sponge and drying towel. We used it mainly for breakfasts.

The beds are comfortable and new and the duvets were summer weight

Cons:

Tiny negatives: Ok it's under construction. Honestly, not that disruptive.

The large plates and the knives don't fit into the dishwasher (which is a kind of cool/weird half-height thing).

If you don't watch out, it's easy to get a lot of water on the floor when showering. I realized after the first time and adjusted.

Cons:

La période où je suis partie, il y avais des travaux et cela n’a pas été indiqué lors de la réservation je suis arrivée surprise. Si vous vouliez faire une grasse matinée ou une sieste dans l’après-midi ce n’étais pas vraiment possible car on pouvait entendre le bruit des travaux du rdc jusqu’au 6eme étage. De plus, j’ai des allergies et je pense qu’il y avait de la poussière dans la chambre car j’ai fait une crise sur toute la période de mon séjour.

Yeri heryerin ortasında ve yürümek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.
Tadilat var ve lobi yok inşaatın içinden gwçiyorsunuz ve otele gidene kadar bu bilgiye sahip değilsiniz.
Otelde kahvaltı bir odada veriliyor ve kalitesi hakkında hiçbir fikrim yok, burda yenmez dedik ve yemedik.
Otelde hiçbirsey yok, otel değil, su bile yok, çocuklarınız gece susadı su alacak bir oromat bile yok.

Odalar hiç temizlenmedi. Yatakta böcekler vardı.
4 gece konakladık oda çöp doldu kimse almadı kendimiz dışarıda çöpe attık.
Muhit çok güzel değil yapacak birşey yok.
Aile odası 7. Kat ve asansör gitmiyor bunuda otele gidince öğreniyorsunuz, çocuk arabası ile çok zor

Pros:

Très bel emplacement et très belle chambre, en duplex, assez spacieux pour 3-4 personnes.
Machines à cafés disponibles et tout le nécessaire pour se faire un petit repas si désiré.
Salle de bain de bonne taille et moderne.

Cons:

L'hôtel est en rénovation, nous avions une chambre au 7eme etage et le seul ascenseur fonctionnant que nous avons trouvé s'arrête au 6ème, donc il a fallu monter le dernier etage a pied avec toutes nos affaires et la poubelle n'était pas vidée a notre arrivée (mais le reste etait propre et nous ne l'avons pas mentionné a la réception)
