Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby verfügbar.
Schöner Balkon im Zimmer.
Sehr zentral.
Im Zimmer zum Innenhof gelegen überhaupt kein Lärm von draußen hörbar.

Cons:

Komplizierte Abfahrt wenn man im hoteleigenen Parkhaus parken will.
Im Zimmer war eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile aber kein Esstisch, nur ein Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl.
Das Zimmer an sich und Bad waren sauber, an der Bettwäsche haben viele schwarze Haare? geklebt, der Schrank war innen sehr staubig.
Lautes Getrampel und Türenknallen von anderen Hotelgästen spät abends/nachts.

Goede locatie dichtbij centrum. Ruime kamers met keuken.
Super aardig personeel die ons goed coachte naar de locatie

Cons:

Kamers waren erg warm. Wel ventilatie maar geen airco.
Erg lastig om te vinden zonder instructie van personeel.
Maar gelukkig hielpen ze ons goed.
Parkeergarage aan de krappe kant. Onze auto met dakkoffer kon er nét in.

Pros:

Great location, great front desk service. Easy access to many food choices and the Strasbourg central area. The bed arrangement is great for a family.

Cons:

No AC, however they provided two tower fans. Exhaust fan in bathroom is super weak, so be careful for anyone going for number 2, with lacking exhaust and hot room makes for a deadly combination.

Strazburg'a tekrar gidersem başka otel araştırmaya gerek duymam ,tekrar buradan rezervasyon yaparım

Personel çok ilgili ve kibar, konumu mükemel, temiz.her saat ikram kahve alabileceğiniz makine olması çok güzel

Cons:

Es wurde ein viel höherer Preis berechnet, da angeblich nur 1 Frühstück inbegriffen war, was nicht den Tatsachen entsprach.
Frühstücksbuffet viel zu klein für die vielen Hotelgäste!

Prima Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Straßburg
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. In nur wenigen Gehminuten kommt man zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und vielfältig. Im Eingangsbereich gab es kostenloses Trinkwasser.

Cons:

Der Zimmerboden war staubig und die Zimmer sehr heiß. Die mobile Klimaanlage hat nicht viel gebracht.
Teilweise lange Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen.

Gute Lage, fehlende Klimaanlage, unzureichende Informationen zur Anreise
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Stadtzentrum sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Positiv war auch, dass in der Lobby kostenlos Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomaten sowie Wasser zur Verfügung standen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, bekamen jedoch zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer mit einem nur 140 cm breiten Bett, das für zwei Personen nicht geeignet ist. Nach unserer Reklamation konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln und erhielten ein Zimmer mit einem 180 cm breiten Bett.

Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist das fehlende Klimasystem. Im Zimmer herrschten über 30 °C, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es aufgrund eines Lokals direkt unterhalb des Hotels bis in die späten Abendstunden sehr laut. Der im Zimmer vorhandene Ventilator ist bereits sehr alt und sorgt kaum für Abkühlung.

Außerdem ist die Adresse des Hotels bei Google Maps nicht korrekt hinterlegt, da sich das Hotel in einem Innenhof befindet. Wenn man die Einfahrt verpasst, muss man einen Umweg fahren, der etwa 12 Minuten dauert.

Der Zugang zur Garage ist nur mit einem Code möglich. Diese wichtige Information habe ich erst telefonisch erhalten; auf Booking.com war sie leider nicht angegeben.

Pros:

La chambre est bien équipée, l'hôtel est très calme, le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très appréciable beaucoup de choix et bon à la fois. Je recommande cet hôtel

Cons:

Quelques poussières au sol surtout sous le lit pousser par le ventilo. Le manque de climatisation surtout par forte chaleur.
