Pros:

It was a decent location

Cons:

Complained 3 times that our hot water only lasted 10 mins. So basically we had cold water for a full week. The patio doors were also broken and had to be reported. One person is expected to use one provided towel for a whole week or pay for extras. Room only cleaned once during stay. Very disappointed

Pros:

Zentrrum von Nizza ist kuzer Fußweg. Ausstattung sehr gut mit Balkon zu ruhigem Nachbarn. Parkplatz war kein Problem in der eigenen Tiefgarage. Größe der Wohnung sehr gut. Dachterasse mit schönem Blick. Cafees und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Meer ist 200 m entfernt.

Secure, spacious apartment with underground parking and a stunning roof terrace.
Pros:

Unremarkable from the outside, the apartment has hidden assets. Secure underground car parking, secure reception, a bedroom with a small kitchen and dining area, and a good-sized bathroom are nice touches. A fair distance from the centre of Nice, but a short walk to the stunning Promenade des Anglais. Plenty of shops in the local area for supplies. Great, private area on the roof to relax/sunbathe.

Cons:

The road down to the car park is steep, tight and twisty. We were in small city cars and found it challenging to get in and out of. The apartment is a fair distance from the city centre.

Pros:

Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable.
Location is good, only a few minutes walk from the promenade, though takes around 30 mins to walk to the old town.

Cons:

Room was overlooking the road, which was noisy at all hours, even with windows /doors closed. Not a huge issue for us, but may be an issue for some.

Pros:

The staff was polite and hepful. The location excellent. The studio was spacious, had everything you need for 4 nights stay. The balcony view was over a beautiful garden. Very happy with our stay and would come back.

Cons:

Thiis is nothing negative just to note and be prepared that if you're staying for a shorter period there is no cleaning of the room or changing the towels. There is a broom, shovel, extra bin bags in the room and you can always ask for clean towels when needed.
