Perfect location, kind staff, good kitchen, balcony.

Cons:

No daily or even each 2nd day cleaning, you have to empty rubbish bins by yourself. Don’t know why we received room with the bathroom equipped for people with disabilities but it was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable to use it.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top nut 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt auch überzeugte es mit seiner Ausstattung . Zudem hatten wir Aussicht schräg aufs Meer vom Balkon was eine klasse Sache war.

We very much liked the hotel, the staff and will be joining the chain to return to it very soon
Pros:

We like the fact that they accommodated our request for a higher floor room which would be quiet. The room was quiet and we thank them for that. The staff , specially two of them (Sylvia and IRA) were very nice and helpful to us.

Cons:

The beds too small and its space was too tight.
They wanted to charge us for parking our bikes in the care park where it had bike parking space!

Nizza ist eine Stadt mit fantastischen Cote d'Azur Flair.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Gartenblick und die nähe zum Meer - super Lage.
Frühstück kann man sich selber machen oder bei Armand, einer leckeren Bäckerei und Konditorei um die Ecke genießen.

Cons:

Betten waren durchgelegen.

Très bon séjour, avons passé 8 jours entre plage et visite des alentours ( d’où l’importance de la proximité de la gare)
Pros:

Son emplacement proche de la mer de la gare et des commerces. Logement avec tout ce qu’il faut. Personnel très disponible.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, manque des légumes, des œufs cuits ou repas chaud au regard du prix 17 €
