Pros:

El personal, las instalaciones y la hubicacion.

Cons:

Por decir algo, un ascensor es muy poco para el edificio. A la hora de la limpieza el ascensor está permanentemente ocupado. Deberían pensar en alguna otra alternativa.

Lokalizacja - blisko komunikacji miejskiej. W pobliżu sklepy Lidl i Carrefour. Na plus aneks kuchenny, lodówka, czajnik elektryczny, klimatyzacja. Szerokie łóżko.

Cons:

Pokój trochę brudny - plamy na ścianach, brudna wentylacja, zagrzybiona klimatyzacja.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einzigartiger Dachterrasse und schönen Balkonen in den Garten!
Pros:

Da wir schon das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel eingecheckt haben, und beide Male alles sehr gut gepasst hat, kann ich es nur empfehlen!

Cons:

Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist leider erst ab 8.00 Uhr geöffnet und ab 22.00 wieder gesperrt!

Pros:

Excellent location room was well furnished clean. The staff were all friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Good location to the town and the beach.

Preis-Leistung u. Lage u. Komfort und Ruhe o.k.; Frühstücksraum wenig einladend, Frühstück o.k.
Pros:

Frühstück in 3 Varianten optional möglich. Zu Fuß war alles gut erreichbar, es war ruhig und halbwegs kühl im Zimmer im 1.OG trotz gewaltiger Hitze damals in Nizza. Zum Bahnhof ca 25 min zu fuss war auch o.k.

Cons:

lage des frühstücksraums war nicht besonders attraktiv.

Nice apart from the exhausting stair climb for two days
Pros:

Helpful staff and very nice room with a balcony

Cons:

The lift was out of order for two days so we had to walk the stairs up and down to our room on the fourth floor

Für einen Kurztrip war es ausreichend um Nizza erkunden zu können.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut - alles zu Fuß erreichbar, das Zimmer war sauber. Für 15 Euro kann man in einer Tiefgarage parken - Achtung mit großen Autos - die Abfahrt ist extrem eng!

Cons:

Es entstand kein Wohlfühleffekt.

Good spacious apartment, perfect for a few nights stay in Nice, kitchen was well-stocked, had a dishwasher and fridge (no freezer).

Cons:

Have to take out bins, bit far from the Old Town, no room cleaning for 3 night stay.
