Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru mic dejun in camera, eventual si o cina daca nu esti pretentios, magazine langa hotel, peste drum de Promenade des Anglais si zona de plaja,aproape de mijloacele de transport, personalul de la receptie vorbeste romana.
Am fost cu masina, parcarea subterana a fost perfecta, avand in vedere zona unde este amplasata locatia de cazare.

Ein gutes 3* Apartment-Hotel in guter Lage, Lidl, Bäckerei, Restaurants und Take-aways in der Nähe.
Pros:

Das Appartment war sehr sauber, Betten bequem, Küchenzeile mit Sitzecke, es war alles da, was man brauchte, sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem Appartment im 3. Stock zur Straße raus, das war sehr laut und man dachte, die Fenster sind offen, aber nein, man konnte jedes vorbeifahrende Auto laut und deutlich hören, geschweige denn die Huperei. Auch hört man die anderen Gäste beim Aufsperren der Zimmer (es gibt nur Schlüssel, keine Karten) sehr laut und deutlich geschweige denn das Zufallen der Tür.
Es ist auch ein Safe vorhanden, aber keine Anleitung dazu, wie man ihn einstellt, haben es jedenfalls nicht geschafft, ihn einzuschalten.
Man muss auch wissen, dass bei den Appartments keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche gewechselt werden, die kann man sich selbst abholen und selbst beziehen. Auch wird das Appartment nicht sauber gemacht und der Müll muss selbst im Keller entsorgt werden.

A good base to explore Nice and visit other cities /towns in Southern France
Pros:

Location, closed to the beach.

Cons:

We stayed there for 5 nights. There were only two toilet rolls provided in the studio. One paper bag water, two tea bags, two instant coffee packs were provided when we checked in.

Schönes Hotel nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Tolle Zimmerausschtatung.
Pros:

Zimmergröße und Ausstatung sind super. Die Terrasse oben ist schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Strassenseite. Der Verkehr ist in der Nscht laut.

Very enjoyable and would return again
Pros:

Location was excellent, walking distance between public transport and beach promenade.
Sylvia on Reception was exceptionally helpful with directions, recommendations and travel information. Also very kind and a friendly face to always greet you when passing by reception.

Verblijf was uitstekend,behalve het lawaai van het verkeer( tweede verdieping)

Prachtig terras op het dak.
Mooie kamer,goeie airco

Cons:

Ontbijt was matig.Kamer aan de straatkant was zeer lawaaierig.
Achterkant is een aanrader geen lawaai.
