Great hotel in the heat wavr
Pros:

Location to attractions and metro. Staff were helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. There was an unprecedented heat wave so the hotel was a respite. Free coffee and water all day was a bonus.

Buena estancia con familia

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda. Está cerca de casi todo. Hay un supermercado justo al lado para comprar lo que necesites. El bus lanzadera del aeropuerto para al lado de la parada de metro de jean jaures que está andando a 4 minutos del hotel. Tienes también al lado el mercado de victor hugo. Tuvimos un problema durante nuestra estancia (ajeno al hotel) y en recepción nos ayudaron todo lo que pudieron muy amablemente.

Cons:

Hay dos tipos de apartamentos: de una sola planta o duplex. Al ir con niños pedimos que no fuese duplex y esos apartamentos están dentro del hotel pero en otro edificio que requiere subir escaleras. Nos lo habían advertido por lo que si sabíamos que esto iba a pasar pero para estar con un carrito es incomodo. Ojala instalen rampas de acceso. El apartamento estaba un poco viejo pero limpio. Las zonas comunes si estaban mas modernas.

Pros:

Die Lage ist klasse. Man ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Praktisch ist auch die parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Allerdings ist die Einfahrt eine echte Herausforderung (sehr eng).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Aber für 1 Nacht hat es auch gereicht.

I only stayed one night and I would have stayed longer at the site, but I was on a tight schedule.

La literie est très confortable, le calme de la chambre, très bien insonorisée, la salle de bain, les wc à part, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

c'est dommage qu'on n'ait pas su avant que le parking était très bas, nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier, notre voiture trop haute. La hauteur maximun est de 1m80. C'est un élément à noter en gros et gras dans les informations de l'établissement.
Nous nous sommes garés au parking jean jaurès à coté : de 19h à 10h du matin 33€

Emplacement parfait pour profiter du vieux centre-ville.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, 2 minutes de marche du centre-ville, restaurants, bistros etc . . . Stationnement intérieur sécuritaire.
Café servis 24 hrs sur 24.

Cons:

Toilette défectueuse le matin de la deuxième journée. Après 5 demandes pour rectifier la situation, et plus de 6 heures d'attente, la situation fût réglé.
