Great room, great location. Reception staff fabulous. Find someone for the breakfast shift who doesn’t dislike tourists
Pros:

Great location. Ability to park a bonus. Good size rooms. Check in staff were fantastic and let us check in an hour early which was much appreciated after a very long drive.

Cranky breakfast staff.

La ubicacion excelente, en el centro, cerca de los lugares de interes.

Patio interior muy agradable, Cafe de maquina gratuita todo el día, super amable el personal, pudimos la zona comun con tele y sofas despues del check-out.

Cons:

Faltaba un toallero para la toalla de manos.
La limpieza de los armarios podría estar mejor.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bonne situation géographique
Pros:

L'établissement est proche du centre et des transports en commun, des restaurants. Le personnel est accueillant, la cuisine était bien équipée, et le logement très propre.

Cons:

On nous a remis un logement très sombre, en duplex sans nous demander si cela nous posait un problème d'accessibilité: la salle de bain est à l'étage ainsi que la chambre, tandis que les toilettes sont au rez-de-chaussée. L'escalier est en bois, très abrupt.
Le séjour comprend effectivement un canapé lit, mais il est composé de deux lits simples étroits, et l'espace entre les deux est trop grand pour en faire un lit plus grand. Pour deux amis que nous étions qui ne veulent pas partager le lit double de la chambre, un des deux a dormi sans confort.
La pièce de vie était sombre, pas de table basse devant le canapé.
enfin, l'environnement n'est pas top top: certains pourraient se sentir mal à l'aise, voire en insécurité du fait des (très) nombreux SDF qui se regroupent, assis au sol à côté, voire devant l'hôtel. Nombreux passages de policiers pour leur demander d'aller squatter ailleurs. Une ambiance particulière qui n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel, mais voilà quoi.

toulouse est une ville piétonne, et cet hotel est bien placé pour cela .

hotel que je recommande toujours à mes amis de passage à Toulouse, la kitchennette et l'espace des chambres , et meme situé sur un Boulevard il reste calme et bien fréquenté. je recommande. c'est mon deuxième passage

Pros:

L'hôtel en lui-même est correct, mais ce qui fait toute la différence, c'est son personnel. Une mention spéciale à toute l'équipe qui est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! On se sent tout de suite bien, accueillis avec une gentillesse rare et le cœur sur la main. Sans eux, l'hôtel serait basique, mais grâce à leur bienveillance, le séjour devient unique. Un immense merci à vous !

Cons:

Petite anecdote : j'ai eu un peu froid pendant mon séjour mais je n'ai pas osé demander de couverture supplémentaire. En le mentionnant ce matin au moment de rendre ma carte, l'équipe a tout de suite été désolée et m'a dit : "Oh non, il aurait fallu nous demander, on vous aurait apporté ça tout de suite !". Bref, le point négatif venait de ma timidité, car l'équipe, elle, est ultra-réactive et bienveillante. Foncez-y les yeux fermés !
