Exessive noise due to its lication right next to the road, the land train and the bridge . This with vehicle and on top of it the another train line. It makes it difficult to have a good night of sleep. The staff insists on having the corridor windows open what makes it even harder.

O hall com a exposição de figurinos de peças de teatro é um encanto à parte.
A localização é boa para quem quer ficar próximo e ir visitar o Jardim de Belém e Mosteiro Jerônimos.

A recepção do hotel é fantástica recebemos as boas vindas do diretor e gestor de cliente do qual foi muito amável e atendeu a todos os nossos pedidos. Pedimos check out tardio o qual foi aceite e valeu a pensa para poder aproveitar do restaurante ao almoço e da piscina. O bar também tem bebidas muito boas e com muito boa apresentação. Todo o hotel encontra se bem cuidado a nível de limpeza. Tivemos estacionamento gratuito o que foi otimo para a zona.

Our stay started on a very positive note. The reception staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and we immediately felt well looked after.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
We also received delicious cake and a bottle of wine for my and my friend’s birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were also some disappointing experiences. When we changed rooms, I accidentally left several electronic items in a drawer in our previous room, including a charger, a power bank, and a portable balance board. As soon as I realized, I asked the reception whether housekeeping had found and handed them in. The staff checked immediately, but unfortunately nothing had been found. By then, the room had already been assigned to new guests. Despite asking several more times during our stay, my belongings were never recovered. The hotel manager kindly offered us complimentary drinks as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated, but of course this did not replace my lost items.
On our last day, we booked two massages. My girlfriend was very happy with her treatment, but unfortunately my experience was quite different. The therapist was very kind and polite, but she seemed extremely nervous and unsure of herself. During the massage, she explained that she was new to this type of work and still could not remember all the techniques. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially because I had completed a health questionnaire the day before, which, as it turned out, she had never even seen. She apologized to me several times throughout the treatment, and I genuinely felt sorry for her. However, I shared my experience with the hotel manager because I believe this is something that should be addressed internally rather than placing a new employee in such a difficult situation. The manager handled my feedback professionally and kindly waived the charge for my massage, which I appreciated.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly wanted us to have a pleasant experience. However, between losing my personal belongings and the disappointing spa treatment, our holiday became much more stressful than relaxing. It is therefore difficult for me to say whether I would choose to stay at this hotel again.
