Pros:

Le buffet du déjeuner est bon et le personnel en salle agréable.
Piscine intérieur chauffé

Cons:

Le personnel d’accueil ne maîtrise pas son sujet de l’accueil à la résolution de problème de chambre.
La piscine intérieur : gratuité certe mais il faut un bonnet de bain à 4€

LOCATED NEAR A RAILWAY LINE WHICH KEEP NOISE LEVELS HIGH LATE INTO THE NIGHT. HAD TO RUN A WHITE NOISE APP ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT TO SLEEP.


POOR VALUE FOR MONEY.

Cons:

Draussen ist es sehr laut. Der Roof - Top Pool war leider wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen.

La honte de la literie discrédite cet hôtel !!!!
Cons:

Literie hors d’usage. Extrêmement bruyant : train, avion, circulation du pont à toute heure.
Responsable « engueulant «  son personnel devant les clients.
Jus d’orange en briques…. Bref à fuir !

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans Lisbonne pour visiter la ville, il est très bien équipé avec un personnel au petit soin.

Cons:

La literie était un peu trop ferme à mon goût et le sommier de gauche de la chambre 528 grince énormément en faisant le moindre geste ce qui nous réveillait la nuit.
Le self de la demi pension le soir était très bien mais le dernier soir, nous avons eu le service à la carte qui était beaucoup trop long, trop d'attente.
