An acceptable stay with a convenient location and quiet rooms, but significantly let down by a poor

The cleanliness and housekeeping were perfectly acceptable. The hotel is located right by the main highway, which is very convenient if you have a car, especially with the free public parking available. The area is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the AC worked well, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor and lacked flavor; there was absolutely no variety or change throughout our 1-week stay. I also wouldn't describe the staff as friendly or welcoming. Furthermore, the bed and pillow comfort was quite low. Finally, during check-out, my request to receive the invoice two days later was initially rejected, and they only provided it after I insisted and pushed for it
