A great place to stay with young children who may be interested but scared about Waterparks. This hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool and children’s area. Each pool had a small water slide just perfect for young kids to try and feel comfortable with. Every morning breakfast was served in the common area. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms were clean and spacious, with soft bedding and crisp sheets. The bathroom had soap and lotion, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Another perk was the mini fridge and microwave. It’s nice to have a place for cool beverages after a hot day, and a way to warm up leftovers from the restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I expected a little more for the price. Better towels.
We have stayed here multiple times, during the summer and offseason. Rooms are par for the dells, hvac system has issues keeping up. Breakfast food and staff are great!!!. As others have mentioned the pool area needs some maintenance love. Very Heavy chemical chlorine smell in the pool area. ADA lifts are extremely rusted, bolts on slide are rusting as well. Tiling and edge of slide show algae/mold. Slide water pumps needs to be turned up, several kids get stuck halfway due the water pressure. Peeling paint on items in the kiddie pool area.
Overall a decent value but needs some tlc
Breakfast was pretty good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and stocked. Pools are so fun. Perfect for adults in the big pool and little ones with their super shallow kids pool. The hotel is in a great location. Across from the Outlets and only a few minutes from downtown and all the attractions. Definitely worth it!
The turkey sausage at breakfast was kind of dry and a weird flavor.

Ice machine not working on my floor 3, elevator quit working, ant the fire alarms went off off 4 times during the night, also the rusty handle to go to outside pool.
The pool facilities were great for little ones. Lots to do! Great location. Staff was friendly.

The property was good and clean.
The fire alarms went off 3 times in the middle of the night on the second night of our stay. We got a text saying everything was ok and the steam from the pool caused it. They should get that figured out as it is not a brand new hotel or pool. Very frustrating for my son and I to be woken up out of our sleep for “nothing”.
Located on the frontage road off the main strip.
The hallway to the elevator is very tight and a little difficult to maneuver on first floor
Indoor pool room was kind of dark and stuffy warm
