Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is great, the inside swimming pools and the staff were really nice. Rooms were cozy and breakfast was good.

Nice but loud at all hours and no supervision of indoor pool area.

No staff in the pool area and it was chaos. Unsupervised children not following rules and being unsafe.

Very loud in the hallways and I could hear every step the person in the room above me was taking. Doors slamming loudly at all hours.

Bugs on the air conditioning unit and on the window sill.

Well we truly will not go to this Holliday Inn again .

Actually breakfast was a free for all. The amount of people was crazy 🤪. And there wasn't enough food or cooks. A total disaster, there should have been some semblance of waiting in line. And there realt needs to be a person to interpet so people can have respect. It was a very get out of my way I'm taking this food..crazy and have never seen anything like it. I have been to many many Holiday inn over the years....

Cons:

Everything.... I was rewarded with 2 bottles 🍼 of free water fir being a 25 year ( IHG) member

Called many times to make sure about the pool and hot tub being open and called at dinner and rushed to finish after 10 hours drive and told it was open till 11 got to hotel around 9:55 changed and went down at 10:10 and was closed.

It was comfortable and affordable. Plus breakfast was great every day.
Pros:

The location, the price, and the pools with areas for small children!

Cons:

Not much to complain about, but the orange pool slide seemed to be a bit unsafe as it teeters up top like it’s floating above the wooden platform.
