Hotel meriterait 4 etoiles.
Pros:

La proprete de l etablissement,des chambres, changement serviettes chaque jour
.Disponibilite lpour repondre a nos attentes et notamment prise de chambre plus tot.
Bon petit dejeuner, salon tranquille,
Etablissement sans reproche et bien placer, proche gare termini. Proche centre.

Cons:

Franchement rien a declarer.

Great location and amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly. Great location, super close to the train station. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

It was close to metro station

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, while the bathroom smelled even worse. The towels were not properly clean and had hair from previous guests. The soundproofing was poor, and we could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. The staff’s service was also not very welcoming.

Excellent hotel for vacay!
Pros:

The hotel lobby very nice, library , art display & delicious breakfast!

Cons:

Pros:

Die Lage nahe dem Bahnhof Termini, die wunderbare Terrasse, die Zimmer schön, aber ziemlich düster. Unseres ging in den Innenhof, dafür war es sehr ruhig!
