Pros:

Kitchennette was small but had everything we needed

Cons:

Some temporary ventilation fans in the corridors of level 4, seemed like there was a water leak but not explained by staff

Cons:

The staff were absolutely lovely so this is not their fault but I chose to stay here for one nights sleep due to roadworks going on in my street. The people staying in the hotel were just so loud! From loud tvs to stomping around chopping and this is going on at 11pm-2am. The receptionist was lovely and helped me move rooms but again whoever was on top of my room was just so loud! The beds were hard the walls were thin and someone decided to cook a curry or something spicy and it went thruout the entire hotel which made me nauseated so sadly I got 0 sleep!

The hotel was really nice and spacious perfect for my little family.
Pros:

It was in a good location and had everything we needed. Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Only minor problems was that the aircon stopped working the last night we were there and it does get pretty hot in the rooms. And just that you could notice some things weren’t clean properly like stuff wasn’t wiped down, and stains on the carpet and curtains. That was a very minor problem though I am just a clean freak.

Place was good. Will like to visit again
Pros:

Value for money

Cons:

There was some hair in the bathroom when we came. That was the only cleaning issue.
Heater was not working and then we realised it was because not pressing the card fully.
Better to have some information sheet

Pros:

The rooms where spacious for our needs, quite, breakfast was very nice
good location for the trains,

good to know the fire alarm system work very well at 4am In the morning

Cons:

Not very tidy, washing machine did not work, no cooking utensils, and the pool was still not available and the ad said April 26. Restaurant was only available for breakfast

The room had a funny smell and there was obviously water damage throughout the building they had big dryers everywhere. Bed was like a rock.

I would say it’s a two star hotel.
Pros:

Cons:

as soon as we entered the suite the odour in the room was nauseating. The bed was not comfortable for side sleeper like me. It was too hard. They couldn’t even fix the toilet with the correct sizing of toilet seat. The seat was smaller than the toilet rim.
