Pros:

Emplacement pratique pour visiter Ottawa

Cons:

Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortable (trop gros), la chambre un peu vétuste pour un Best Western Plus.

gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, man kann die alte Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichen

Cons:

leider das schlechteste Best Western Plus Hotel in dem wir je waren. Das Personal freundlich, der Service war nur ausreichend. Frühstück war eher schlecht, wenig Auswahl

Bel endroit, facile d'accès, tranquille. Près du Musée de l'histoire et du pont Alexandra.
Pros:

Le stationnement intérieur est très sécuritaire. La vue sur la rivière des Outaouais est magnifique.

Cons:

La réception par la préposée à accueil n'a pas été formidable. Elle ne nous a pas donné nos cartes pour le déjeuner compris. Nous avons payé le premier petit déjeuner qu'il a fallu ensuite nous faire rembourser. Elle nous a également demandé une carte de crédit et a facturé une deuxième fois la chambre sous prétexte que le numéro de la carte ne correspondait pas à celle dans le dossier. En fait, c'est Booking qui n'avait pas indiqué à l'établissement que le paiement avait été effectué. Bref, cela a pris deux jours avant de régler ce problème et le remboursement du petit déjeuner avec deux autres employés qui ont été très courtois.

Super bien situé. Déplacements à pied et promenade sur le bord de la rivière

Cons:

Chambre petite. Pas de serviettes pour tous les occupants (3 serviettes pour 4 personnes). Manque d’oreillers. Tapis dans la chambre.
