friendly & courteous staff, coffee in the lobby, cleanliness and shower in bathroom in good working conditon.

I stayed there before and would not hesitate, to stay there again
Pros:

Plenty of parking both underground and outside, bathroom light was great, easy to see when shaving and or putting on make up. easy walk to downtown Ottawa

Cons:

There was heat in the bathroom, Maybe it was to dry or warm up the towels which were directly over it, with the door closed it got very hot.

Le receptioniste a obstiner ma fille comme quoi qu elle.devais payer la chambre et le depot de garantie immediatement. Mais malgrer la copie de fa ture que j avais imprimer il a refuser de l accepter. Mais c etait deja regler donc apres mon appel et que je les ais aviser que je vous le dirais et bien il a accepter de rembourser ma fille pour la chambre deja payer et le depot.
Le lit le matelas tres mous. Pour le reste du sejour super sur plusieurs attraits.

Cons:

La maniere dont le receptioniste a obstiner ma fille jusqu a ce que je les appels a mon tour.

Pros:

Horrible best western. Bathroom was super small(claustrophobic small) Air conditioning did not work and it was plus 30! Very old and dingy. No place to park except underground. Usually Best Westerns are amazing but not this one!
