LE PERSONNEL ETAIENT TRES GENTILS.
le premiere nuit il n'avait pas de stationnement dans l'hotel ont du stationnez deux rue plus lion. salle de bain pas assez grande. manque de serviettes. Pas de chariot disponible.

Insonorisation mériterait d'être.améliorée. aucune capsule de café dans la chambre pour le café mes 4 jours de séjour.
Hôtel très bien placé et un très bon accueil du personnel
La chambre méritrait un rafraîchissement globale. Le canapé-lit et le lit d'appoint n'étaient pas confortables et seraient à changer, en revanche le lit 2 places était bien. La climatisation est bruyante mais heureusement on a pu l'éteindre pour la nuit.

La ubicación está bien, pero no es excelente, se encuentra fuera de Ottawa centro, en otro area metropolitano.
Las habitaciones estaban bastante sucias, entraron en mitad de la estancia y nos dejaron sin toallas para todos.
Había arañas en el baño
Nos dieron una habitación del lado del parking y la zona industrial que empeoraba la calidad de la estancia
