Très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Rien … ou peut etre la cafetière peu fonctionnelle. Mais le café est en libre service à l accueil.

Emplacement parfait pour aller 'à la colline parlementaire et au canal Rideau. Déjeuner complet et bon

Cons:

Le bruit des ventilations, il faisait chaud et sur le balcon il y a le ventilateur de notre chambre (qui ne faisait pas de froid) et celui de la chambre d'à côté. Ce qui était un peu embêtant pour profiter du balcon

Pros:

Emplacement non loin du pont Alexandra. Ce dernier permet un accès rapide, à pieds, à Ottawa.
Parking devant l'hôtel. Et si celui-ci est plein il y en a 3 autres non loin.
Personnel très sympathique, pour nous Bader, à l'accueil. Mais c'est le cas pour toutes les personnes rencontrées.
Serviettes de salle de bain changées tous les jours.

Cons:

Rien. Tout est super.

La possibilité d'avoir des places gratuites devant l'hôtel MAIS non réservable ! Sinon parking payant 15$ mais le plus important c'est de pouvoir garer sa voiture.

Amazing value for money!
Pros:

The room was great, with a river view. The location was appropriate and close to downtown so served the purpose well. And the ample free parking spaces was an amazing convenience. Oh, and yeah, the free coffee in the lobby was an excellent touch!

Cons:

The restroom wasn't the best though. It felt really cramped. Would have loved for it to be a little bit bigger.

Pros:

Para ser honesto, no hubo muchas cosas que me gustaran durante la estancia. La ubicación puede ser conveniente, pero la experiencia general no fue satisfactoria.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba limpia como esperaba. Faltaban los jabones y algunos productos básicos de cortesía. También vimos que bajaban bolsas de basura usando los mismos ascensores que utilizan los huéspedes, lo cual no me pareció higiénico.

El desayuno fue muy limitado, con pocas opciones. Además, un día incluso se habían acabado varias cosas y tuvimos que arreglarnos con lo poco que quedaba disponible. En general, la relación entre precio y servicio no fue buena.
