Good overall
Pros:

We visited in the red heat wave! Reception was lovely and cool. Right next to everything we wanted to see.

Cons:

We wasn’t expecting the red heat wave so wanted to check in earlier - but cost is £50 extra! we only wanted to leave out bags freshen up and go out again. Very expensive especially when we were told our room was ready but would have to pay an additional £50! I was with my mum and she is elderly so felt I had to pay it. No air con in rooms - London is getting hotter in the summer so this is becoming more necessary for hotels to have this and not just in reception. We asked for a taxi to be booked to the train station was told they would do that now and to wait in reception so we did - no taxi for ages went back to reception and they’d forgot to book so we were dashing to the train station in a heat wave !

Gute Lage mit guter Leistung
Pros:

Gute Lage, tolle Anbindung an ÖPNV, an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist man schnell. Tolles Frühstück. Zimmer ruhig.

Cons:

Leider bekamen wir keine kleinen Handtücher, obwohl wir einmal diese extra gefordert haben. Fön hab es leider auch nicht. Zimmer recht klein aber ok.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Man hat nicht weit zur U Bahn, ist gleich an der Themse und beim Borough Market.
Wir waren schon drei Mal am n diesem Hotel und werden es wieder buchen.

Great location, friendly staff, and a clean room, with a good-quality breakfast.
Pros:

Location: The location was good, with several interesting attractions within walking distance.

Staff: We received a warm and friendly welcome.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and fully met our expectations based on what we had booked.

Cons:

Breakfast: The breakfast could have been a bit more extensive. I had been looking forward to a traditional English breakfast with eggs, sausages, beans, and bacon. However, there was certainly plenty to eat, and everything that was offered was of good quality.

Bardzo udany urlop - hotel godny polecenia.
Pros:

Hotel ma bardzo dobra lokalizację. Ok 10 minut do metra, stacji pociągów, 1 minuty do autobusów. Pieszo nad Tamizę też ok 10 minut. Śniadanie - kontynentalne- wszystko świeże i smaczne ( zabrakło mi swiezych soków, jajecznicy, sałatek). Pokój mały, ale wystarczający jak na wypad na weekend. Spokojna okolica - czułysmy się z córką bezpiecznie. Blisko hotelu 2 supermarkety. Bardzo pomocny personel. Mozliwosc zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Brak suszarki do włosów.

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, servita da metro e bus, in una strada non isolata ma tranquilla e comunque vicinissima a locali, al Borough Market, alla Southwark cathedral, al Southwark Bankside.
L'hotel è molto pulito, la camera era una matrimoniale con tutti i comfort, la colazione era ricchissima.
Tutto veramente piacevole.

Cons:

Niente.

Shower was poor, shampoo bottle empty, shower door was not sealed and bathroom flooded, coffee facilities very basic, incredibly noisy outside at 5am on Monday morning
