Trident Gurgaon is a nice property in the heart of Gurgaon. It has become a bird sanctuary with wonderful bird life. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great food and great health facilities. This hotel will give you a truly refreshing experience.

I just returned from a three-night family stay at Trident Gurgaon. The property is beautiful — elegant architecture, immaculate gardens, and a tranquil setting, complemented by exceptional hospitality. We had a truly enjoyable stay.

Special thanks to all who made our stay memorable. At the restaurant, chefs Shubhankar and Suman run operations with care and professionalism. The seamless coordination between kitchen and service reflects strong leadership and clear communication. All restaurant staff including Ayush, Mayank, Pavani, and Apeksha were warm, prompt, and happy to accommodate special requests. All housekeeping, staff including Meherhoni and Saurav, kept our rooms and the hotel spotless; they were hardworking, courteous, and respectful.

I was especially impressed by the personalized service — the team remembered our family’s tastes and preference. Thanks to everyone at Trident Gurgaon for their genuine care and professionalism. Their dedication, professionalism and eagerness to please made our stay comfortable and memorable.

An oasis in the heart of Gurgaon, although a frequent business traveller , my stays feel like a welcome break each time ( of which there have been many)🙏

I recently stayed at Trident Gurgaon during a business trip while also celebrating a special occasion, and it turned out to be one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Over the years, I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels across India and internationally. Until now, my benchmark for exceptional hospitality had been Taj Exotica Maldives. Remarkably, Trident Gurgaon managed to surpass even that in several aspects of service.

What truly makes this property exceptional is its people. Every single team member—from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant and pool staff—was consistently warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Even while simply walking through the corridors, every staff member greeted us with a smile. Those small gestures create an atmosphere where you immediately feel welcomed and valued.

The rooms were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were thoughtfully curated—not excessively large, but perfectly balanced with enough variety that you genuinely want to try everything. The emphasis is clearly on quality rather than quantity, and it shows.

During our stay, a few colleagues joined us for dinner, and one of the wonderful advantages of staying here is that the Trident and Oberoi properties are interconnected. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy an excellent meal at Oberoi’s 361 restaurant while continuing to experience the seamless hospitality of the Trident.

Whenever we needed assistance, it was handled immediately. We had a minor issue with the television, which was resolved promptly. What impressed me even more was that a manager later personally checked in with us to ensure everything was working perfectly and apologized for the inconvenience. That level of proactive service is becoming increasingly rare.

The swimming pool and landscaped gardens deserve special mention. It is incredible to find such a peaceful, resort-like environment—with reflecting pools, fountains, and lush greenery—in the heart of Gurgaon. Once you’re inside the property, it’s easy to forget you’re in the middle of a bustling city.

The team also made our celebration memorable by beautifully decorating our room and surprising us with a delicious red velvet cake. At checkout, the Rooms Manager personally came to ask about our stay and presented us with a thoughtful gift, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture.

One experience, in particular, stood out. We had charged our lunch and dinner to our room, only realizing later that I could have booked the restaurants separately using a 25% dining offer through Swiggy, Zomato, or EazyDiner. I mentioned this at reception without expecting much, and after a quick discussion with the manager, they happily honoured the same discount on the room bill. That level of flexibility and customer-first thinking is something I have rarely experienced.

Everything about this property—from its beautifully maintained resort-style architecture to its flawless service culture—feels effortless and genuinely guest-centric. I have never experienced such a seamless operation combined with such a tranquil resort atmosphere in the middle of Gurgaon.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Trident Gurgaon team for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning and would recommend this property without hesitation to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.
