Oasis of relaxation in one of the noisiesr cities on the planet. Airco that‘s easy to operate. No annoyingly complicated tech anywhere. Stylish settings. Lovely floral smell im the lobby..Not too cold. Well maintained facility. Great pool, both optically as practically and intended for swimming.

Le service est excellent et tout le personnel fait le nécessaire pour que vous soyez bien installé et ils sont au petit soin. J ai adoré l endroit qui offre un très beau cadre romantique et j ai eu droit à une superbe surprise pour mon anniversaire.
Pas assez de restaurant car il était fermé le soir de notre arrivée. Mais nous avons pu tester leur bar qui propose une carte et une ambiance très sympa. Par ailleurs, ils peuvent nous réserver des restaurants dans l hôtel qui est collé à leur hôtel. Donc ce n est pas très grave. Un peu loin de New Delhi avec les bouchons.
Exceptional. Staffs and service outstanding. Nurul, Monica, Palak, Raosan and many many more staffs were simply amazing and delivered true Indian hospitality.

No children pool
Booked pool view 2 rooms for my family. Hotel provided adjacent rooms which was fantastic. As I was attending a 4 days course at DLF phase 2, the location was perfect amid the working hours traffic.
Rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy. Bed was very comfortable.
Many western and Indian options at breakfast buffet with good though some of the à la carte items can be slow.
Great pool. But no separate children’s pool.
Dinner at Saffron was great with good music.
The best part of the hotel were the staffs. The hospitality provided by each and everyone, from the concierge, receptionist, restaurant waiters and managers were exceptional 11/10. Nurul and Monica at reception were so welcoming. Palak, Raosan and many more at the restaurant were so helpful and accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend Trident Gurgaon 200% and will surely return in the future.

- просили разбудили в 3:30, позвонили в номер минута в минуту
- персонал работает слажено
- красивое здание отеля со множеством водных пространств, забываешь, что ты в районе возле аэропорта

A hotel truly worth recommending. The property meets the highest standards and will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Special recognition goes to the incredibly kind, professional, and helpful staff who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Another highlight was the excellent cuisine – the meals were fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. We have very fond memories of our stay and would gladly return in the future.
Location: Conveniently located only 20–30 minutes from the airport. The hotel transfer service and airport pickup were perfectly organized – everything was smooth, efficient, and highly professional.
Atmosphere: Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful staff creating a truly pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.
Rooms: Large, spacious, and very well-equipped rooms with extremely comfortable beds and big bathrooms.
Cleanliness: Absolutely flawless, with no complaints whatsoever.
Noise level: Completely quiet and comfortable rooms, ensuring perfect rest and relaxation.
