Disabled parking bays are located outside the manor house however it is advisable to contact Hunton Park before arrival for assistance. The staff we're very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and food was nice.
Was served alcohol when asked for zero alcohol.
Large group of mainly teenage boys staying at the hotel. They were running around from room to room during the night, shouting and banging doors. Didn't sleep all night. Mentioned it at checkout and was just told "we know" that was it.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
No airconditioning. Also, our room was billed as a garden room was was a misnomer. We overlooked a black awning which added to the heat of course.
Breakfast was terrible. Flies everywhere, shortage of seats, some food was spoiled /sour (e.g. cooked tomatoes were past their consumption date and rotten).
Air con, Friendly staff, easy to park!
No running water on checkout day, so we were unable to use the facilities. Got told we had an extra 30 minutes because of no running water - toilets/sink/shower. We had no bottled water provided to us either.
There was no mention of compensation, and we were told to speak to booking.com for them to sort it (by the manager).
Booking.com came back saying, "Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation."
This was for a friend's wedding, which was going well until then. The rooms were a bit run-down and just needed a bit of TLC and aspects of the grounds also did.

Las camas, colchones muy incómodos q se hundían. La piscina fatal, muy pequeña y olía a humedad y cerrado desde la otra punta del hotel. Fuimos con la intención de bañarnos pero según vimos las instalaciones nos dimos la vuelta.

It was close to the location where we needed to be
When we arrived we just wanted to drop the bags in our room and get changed, and we were told the room was ready, but to enter the room early we had to pay £10 per hour. This seemed unnecessary and we had to get changed in the toilets and take the bags back to the car and check in again after the wedding we were going to.

Swimming pool was not fully available due to being hired out for lessons - not made clear beforehand
Lovely house and park setting. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Shower and hair toiletries were lovely. Cleaners and reception staff were friendly. One young man in the bar made us lovely cocktails on the second evening, very keen to help us get what we would like.
Breakfast was very poor on one of our two mornings. The restaurant was too small for the size of hotel. They ran out of cups, glasses, bowls and plates. No muesli at all! The coffee machine wasn't working. Tables were left uncleared, keeping a queue waiting to sit down. Not enough staff to deal with all this. One member of staff in the bar was very rude and dismissive, not at all interested in what we wanted. Generally staff were not very friendly or interested.
