I am a Long Island homeowner who was recently displaced and unfortunately ended up here. What should have been a temporary sanctuary for me and my medically fragile cat turned into a nightmare involving public health violations and a blatant disregard for New York State law.

This management team chose to retaliate against a guest and endanger a sick pet rather than address a stomach-churning health violation that their own corporate supervisor described as "disturbing." This property's illegal conduct and sanitary violations have been officially documented as part of my formal grievance with the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS). and I am pursuing all legal avenues to recover the statutory triple damages caused by this unlawful eviction.
