Very nice and great time of September. Location was great. I will to back again.
Pros:

Loved the Location and the pool was nice and warm with a nice hot tub. The outside bar was great and the bartender was very nice.

Cons:

The room was ok and part of the stairway was dirty and smelled like mold.

Nice place to stay in Ogunquit
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice staff.
We had drinks at the Helm in the evening.
Not far from beach or theatre.
Plenty of eating options up the road.
Pool was warm!

Cons:

We would have like the firepit to be operational at he Helm.
Pool needed cleaning as the day went on. It was fine in the am but dirty from debris in the afternoon.

Has great’s experience staying at the hotel and loved the town .
Pros:

The pool bar bartender is great . A very nice and friendly Jamaican guy and makes amazing drinks. The room are great sizes.

Cons:

Just wish there was an elevator.

Great central location with good food, loved the Marginal way.
