I will go back again !
Pros:

Location the suite size amazing and reasonable
I only wish I could be ocean front
The stuff people amazing all of them
They decorated my room really nice for our honeymoon night !

Cons:

It could be a little more clean specially the carpet on the hallway need a very good clean even a replacement

Almost perfect if no red seaweed
Pros:

Friendly Staff, from front desk to cleaning ladies and towells/ umbrellas guys. Ocean front Bungalows, complimentary beach seats and umbrellas, excellence staff service!, water and ice daily , quiet place, pool just for adults and other for families with kids. There are options for breakfast and drinks/food by the pool

I would definitely stay here again. Love the pool, love that this place is ON THE BEACH. And super clean.
Pros:

Andre was the utmost with helpfulness. As well as Jose. Jose made SURE I had everything I needed and we were well taken care of. The front desk staff was absolutely the best. So accommodating & the room was so close to beach, and it was spotless.

Cons:

The young guy at the beach bar was just alright. Never in a hurry. And we never felt like they needed our business. Food at bar was just okay. There was a girl working there too-someone’s she was nice, & sometimes she just wasn’t.

Was not happy about the non 'bungalow' Nor did the room coffee machine work.
Pros:

The beach and gym were wonderful

I paid extra for a bungalow but it was a first floor chalet

My happy place
Pros:

The location is perfect for walking, Everything is a short distance away. The staff is always super friendly and Helpful Suzette is just awesome ! They have great Bar staff Brian, Lynn, Cindy

Great amenities/location, but the theme, ants, and boiling water wasn’t in my bingo cards.
Pros:

Beautiful entrance, welcoming lobby and staff,fantastic location was peaceful, walking distance from restaurants, private/easy accessibility to beach, complimentary beach chairs (loved the amenities), gym with free waters, and use of bikes.

Cons:

Shower only had two settings: hot or boiling hot 😭🔥The carpet is really old, them felt uncomfortably like “elementary school”, and is that a photograph of Ed Gein on the fifth floor ????? Also there were ants 🐜 🤢 The desks were basic wood… very odd.

Irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, dass mit unserem Zimmer nicht stimmte..
Wir haben dann nach langem warten, und nach Freigabe vom Manager, doch noch ein Zimmer mit Meersicht bekommen. Leider wurde mein Verdacht bestätigt. WC Spühlung funktionierte nicht richtig. Klimaanlage war defekt (lief nur mit Vollkühlung weil Temeratursensor defekt). Interessierte bei der Reklamtion niemanden.
Der gehobene Preis stimmt mit dem Erlebten nicht überrein. Nicht genügend Badetücher für 3 Personen im Badezimmer. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
