Having to pay $25 per day for parking when it states in the policy that parking is included in the resort fees
Our inly issue is we thought we were on the beach and we were across the street. We walked around and around before we realized the office (and our room) were located across the street.

Marie at check in was AMAZING. Humidity and cooling in the room was very good. Proximity to the beach and beach amenities were great. Beach assistant - "YoYo" was Fantastic! Coffee bar and snack/ meal selection were very nice.
Having to park and walk across a busy street, with all luggage, to get to our room. No covered parking area to load/unload vehicle. Barking dogs in many rooms on all floors. Overly strict and nearly impolite staff addressing guests transiting through the pool and bar area with their cooler to access the beach. No water available in the rooms. Stark walls, no full length mirror, no microwave, and minimal seating in the rooms.

bueno porque estuve varias veces y me agrada mucho, pero la calidad de los bungalós era pesima . pedimos un cambio y no nos trataron de la mejor forma y casi nos dejan sin resolver la situación y de muy mala gana nos cambiaron de habitación y ni se si tendrian que hacer un rembolso
el tratamiento a esta situación no fue la ideal
