Good value. Excited to return when it’s updated.
Pros:

The place is a good value for the money.

Cons:

Parts of it is very outdated. They are working on it currently. The location is kinda far from the central hub of tourist sites

Fallas no atribuidas a el hotel, pero desagradables

La playa

Cons:

A ver : No hubo electricidad el dia que llegamos hasta el dia siguiente a las1.00pm. Despues nuevamente al dia siguiente tampoco hubo electricidad , es decir dos dias.
Luego no habia señal en la TV y la gente de COMCAST estuvo los dos dias tratando de arreglar el tema sin exito.
Como comprenderan .....todo un desastre por los acontecimientos.
La actitud de la gestion considero que fue nefasta, ya que si sucedio lo indicado debio dar auque sea un gesto si no una
exoneracion en el servicio de uso de la playa en la arena ( resort) que no se usa por solo poner tu toalla en la arena???
El sitio me gusta aunque muy basico .

Awful service and no help.

It was by the ocean

Cons:

BUYER BEWARE! I could not stay there after check in due to loss of power there there was no electricity or hot water. My stay was pre paid by booking and both parties refuse to give me back full refund after multiple times of trying to get my refund back. I had to book another stay somewhere else for the remainder of the days. They refuse to refund because it is non refundable but could stay policy. 😖 Don’t go there

Pros:

Clean and they cleaned the rooms daily with fresh towels

Cons:

Read the fine print it’s not exactly beach front from the bungalows m. If you’re lower level you can’t see beach from room and they make it seem like you have your own pool and you don’t. Adult pool is what the description should say. And the adult only pool closes before regular pool.

Pros:

Julio was great at check-in period Juliet was very informative and helpful at the bar. Suzette and Marie were great at the checkout. All in all I had a wonderful time And most importantly My wife Was very pleased.

Cons:

Did not like having an extra charge for parking.
