Property does not look safe structurally and it’s neglected.
Pros:

The location is great. Close to the beach and grocery store. The front desk staff is very friendly, polite, and professional.
Beach chairs and umbrellas available for use.

Cons:

This property should be condemned.
The balconies are being held up with structural pilling s tools for it not to be falling down. Honestly, I thought about checking out.
The facilities are filthy dirty.
The bathrooms have black mold and rust .

Pros:

I loved that the location was right on the beach. The staff were amazing! The hotel was always kept clean! Beach chairs are provided daily which was a plus for me. The bar food was good!

Cons:

😟 I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the staff was friendly and did their best to be accommodating, the condition of the property was unacceptable and overshadowed any positive aspects of the experience.
The hotel's beachfront location is its only real saving grace. Unfortunately, once you step inside, it's clear that the property is badly in need of major renovations. The hallway carpets were old, heavily stained, and appeared dirty. The dark blue paint throughout the hotel made the entire atmosphere feel dark, outdated, and dingy. Several pieces of furniture in my room were worn, damaged, and should have been replaced long ago.
I was so uncomfortable with my room that I requested to be moved, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. As a result, I spent as much time as possible away from the room and on the beach. Instead of enjoying my accommodations, I found myself counting down the days until I could leave.
For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner, more updated, and comfortable environment. The location alone cannot make up for the poor condition of the property. Until significant renovations are completed, I would not recommend staying here.
