Useful hotel when you need to stay at FCO.
Pros:

Location near FCO is good. Shuttle was good once I found it. Food was good.

Cons:

The property is a bit tired. Shuttle instructions were poor, exit from T3 should be Door 3 and price not as advertised

Pros:

Staff were absolutely incredible and helpful at front desk and restaurant

Cons:

The air-conditioning was broken in my room. Eventually came to fix it. The window was left open by last occupants and not closed by the cleaning staff. The bidet had urine stains and pubic hair on it. The mineral water bottles in the fridge were filled with tap water and resealed
