Comfortable stay with amazing breakfast in a convenient location
Pros:

Free still & sparkling water. Breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful & friendly.

Cons:

We both found the towels very scratchy. The hotel tote bag was not free - the fact that it’s chargeable should be highlighted to guests.

This is a great hotel if you want to enjoy London nightlife.
Pros:

The best part of the hotel is the staff……they were so helpful and friendly, the best we had in the UK. We liked the stations for plain or sparkling water in the hallways, what a great idea.

Cons:

You could hear the bass of club music into the night, but it’s a nightlife neighborhood so that’s not a surprise. If you’re into clubbing, this would be a great place. We were a family of 4 and went to bed around 10 so we’d probably stay somewhere quieter next time.

A fantastic Shoreditch hotel with that relaxed luxury feel.
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and a well stocked mini bar. The staff were amazing, the rooftop bar was an added bonus. Toiletries were also excellent.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
However, it would have been handy to have a mini bin by the coffee facilities to dispose of tea bags etc A socket near the murror for the hairdryer would also have been easier.

Great location, excellent hotel.
Pros:

Clean, modern, and well thought out. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The bed was really comfy, the black out blind was great and the air conditioning meant the room was a perfect temperature.

Pros:

The rooms were beautiful. And building was great. Love the coffee shop. Shaine was super nice at helping with any needs.

Cons:

The gym needs a major overhaul after you see the beautiful rooms it’s like the gym was an afterthought. Needs to be 3-4 times the size and new equipment. If people are working out at a hotel it means they probably workout at a gym at home. Please see hobo hotel in Helsinki for examples of an excellent gym.

Location is great, hotel beautifully decorated, wonderful comfortable beds, spacious, lovely toiletries, staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Booked the rooftop bar but ended up leaving after 1 drink as there was very loud music it was not possible to talk to each other, would stick to the bar downstairs in the lobby if this isn't your thing.
