Hotel is lovely, nice vibe to it. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for a private event for 2 of the nights we stayed so didn’t get to enjoy. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful.
We had a minor issue with the room not being cleaned (we left at 9am and came back at 4pm). Spoke to one member of staff who was a little rude and told us the policy is for the room to be cleaned by 6pm which I’ve never heard of in a hotel. We asked for some kind of compensation as we were travelling with young kids and after a day in London was hoping to relax and shower up in the room. He told us no so we asked to speak to a manager. The manager was much better and dealt with it a lot better, gave a voucher for a drink at the bar.
Shane was super friendly and helpful when checking out which is appreciated when travelling.
Overall I would stay again as the location was good and the staff overall were welcoming and helpful. Room size was great for London too! Comfy beds.
Really good stay!…. Lovely room, breakfast and slick check-in. Very noisy on the floor one night with inebriated guests but it was reported to the reception and they dealt with it.
The room was really spacious, a lovely bathroom and room amenities, although no view!

Very modern, cozy hotel with great amenities. LOVED the breakfast and dinner room service. This is probably the best I’ve ever experienced. Very clean, good A/C and soundproof.

This was the first time i stayed here. The staff were nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. After the issues I had they gave me a free late check out for the inconvenience. I also liked the complimentary still and sparkling water taps. And breakfast was cool. Will give the hotel a 2nd chance just to check if it could better next time.
The first room I was allocated had a horrible smell of drains/toilet. I was allocated another room that was smaller but assured it was the same level (wasn't so happy about that). These iron in the room also didn't work and the replacement iron was burnt on the bottom and spat grey marks all over my white t-shirt. No really the level I expected from this hotel

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, ειδικά το sunrice breakfast, τα είχαμε δοκιμάσει όλα και ήταν όλα όμορφα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ μοντέρνα, ευρύχωρα με αρκετές παροχές. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, έμπειρο, μας βοήθησαν σε ότι ζητήσαμε και πάντα ήταν χαμογελαστοί, μας άνοιγαν τις πόρτες, μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε όμορφα. Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και οι προσδοκίες μας ξεπεράστηκαν για ακόμη μια φορά. Η περιοχή γύρω εξελίχθηκε, με περισσότερες επιλογές, εστιατόρια/φαγητά, καταστήματα ρούχων κλπ. Παρότι που το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μακριά από το κεντρικό Λονδίνο και τα αξιοθέατα, αυτό δεν μας επηρέασε καθώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε στάση λεοφωρείου.
Το μηχάνημα στο check in/out είχε θέματα, καθώς δεν εντόπισε ποτέ την κράτησή μας, αλλά εκεί ήταν το προσωπικό ώστε να μας βοηθήσει (εννοείται πως δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα, αλλά αναφορά εξέλιξης). Επίσης, χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερος κάδος στο δωμάτιο για σκουπίδια, καθώς επίσης, περισσότερες κρεμάστρες στο ερμάρι.

We both found the towels very scratchy. The hotel tote bag was not free - the fact that it’s chargeable should be highlighted to guests.
