Gorgeous design and great location. Chic and clean. Very comfortable
This was my third stay at the property and the second visit since they removed staff from checking you in and replaced with screens and a self check in process. We arrived late and there was a member of the team to assist us through the process of checking in and paying the bill. I noticed the total sum wasn’t at the rate I reserved at and that’s because they’d added a 5% service charge. At this point, I’ve barely been given any service. It seemed odd asking for a service charge before receiving service. Surely if this was for room cleaning (which once in the room they dissuade you from having) then it would be included in the room rate initially. The staff member seemed a bit miffed so we didn’t get our trip off to the best start.
Overall design and atmosphere of the whole hotel. Room was incredibly homely, quiet, and the bed was super comfy. Facilities were great with the water outside, location was great and the seed library downstairs was great.
Walk-in shower, not bath
We love the location of this hotel - and the staff is excellent. Rooms are well designed and spacious, general facilities (cafe. gym, restaurant) are all excellent.
Ideally, there could be some more storage options for clothing/unpacking.

-Salle de bain parfois sale malgré le ménage quotidien
-Petit déjeuner proposé par un restaurant extérieur à l’hôtel : choix limité, très salé et principalement orienté cuisine asiatique. Un buffet plus varié aurait été préférable pour convenir à tous les clients
-Manque d’explications lors du check-in concernant les services inclus ou non (notamment le petit déjeuner). La situation a finalement été clarifiée.
-Fenêtres des chambres impossibles à ouvrir, probablement pour des raisons de sécurité, mais cela reste contraignant pour aérer la chambre
-Personnel du restaurant peu accueillant
-Dépôt de £150 demandé au check-in en supplément du prix de la chambre, sans information préalable
-Taxes ajoutées automatiquement à la facture alors qu’elles sont facultatives : pensez à vérifier et à les retirer si besoin

Das Restaurant auf Niveau der Strasse war super -> die Fenster waren Screens des Strassenlebens.
Das Milchglas im Zimmerfenster war wohl der zentralen Lage geschuldet.
Ontzettende schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel.

J’ai aimé l’équipe la décoration, les chambres l’ambiance, le quartier.
Il y a beaucoup de bus au pied de l’hôtel mais le métro est un peu loin c’est dommage.
