Localização e café da manhã. Menino que atende no café um excelente profissional. Check out excelente, 😎

Cons:

Cheiro de mofo nos quartos. Check in mega lento. Restaurante massa fina, demorado, ineficiente e com próprias regras. Meu pedido demorou, chegou quando algumas pessoas da mesa tinham terminado o seu e o garção parecia querer brigar comigo mais do que resolver.

Que no nos dieran agua de cortesía
Te cobran el agua de la nevera de la habitación
El personal no es nada amable. Hoy no nos han dejado desayunar fuera y nos han obligado a hacerlo dentro en el comedor con el aire acondicionado súper fuerte
No nos han buscado alternativas y nos han contestado seriamente y de mala manera
La persona que nos atendió para las tortillas y huevos fritos y coxidos súper atento y educado
Destaca considerablemente sobre el resto del personal

Spacious rooms, beautiful location next to a cliff. However brrakfast was not 4 stars and the room cleaning was not good
Pros:

The rooms are nice so for a family it is a good stay. The bathroom is also spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast variety is ok. Bread is very dry and the quality if cheese, yoghurt, coffee is not of a 4 star. There are 3 star hotels with better breakfast.
The room cleaning was not 4 stars either.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso com boa climatização e manutenção.
O café da manhã é muito bom, variado e os funcionários tanto do restaurante como da recepção são bastante cordiais.

Cons:

Área de lazer da piscina, academia e decoração passaram por manutenção mas a limpeza deixou a desejar.
A academia estava empoeirada, inclusive o bebedouro, dando aspecto de falta de cuidado e pupervisão ao término do serviço.

Great location. The rooms are very nice and large but the breakfast is not a 4 star and I did not feel it being a 4 star
Pros:

The location in front of the sea is really nice.
It is also close to= walking distance from shopping Barra and the main sights near Barra.

Cons:

The breakfast I found more of a 3 star then a 4 star hotel. The hotel was renovating and there was a lot of boise. The gym was closed and this was not mentioned prior to checking in or booking.
Also. There were some discrepancies between the prices they showed in the menu and the prices they charged in the end. They also charged a buffet that i did not have.
The cleaning also skipped a day.

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom e variado, equipe do hotel atenciosa e cordial. Durante o check in perceberam que era aniversário do meu marido naquele dia e nos ofereceram up grade para o quarto com vista para o mar e espumante.
