Todo, estéticamente bello, excelente ubicación, tamaño justo y personalizado. Y Juan Manuel que nos recibe desde hace 16 años es lo "mejor" del hotel.

Cons:

Que han cambiado y cambian el personal, y justamente, uno de sus puntos fuertes era la atención personal de quienes te conocían y recordaban detalles, sólo ha quedado J.M. ( y otra cosilla, por favor cambien la calidad del papel higiénico)

"Muy buena estancia, aunque no alcanza el nivel de un 5 estrellas lujo"
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien en general. Se nota que han pasado los años, pero las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal, que fue muy amable y profesional durante toda la estancia, y la excelente calidad del desayuno.

En mi opinión, no termina de cumplir con lo que esperaría de un hotel de 5 estrellas lujo, principalmente porque las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas.

Como aspecto a mejorar, la piscina de la terraza también es bastante pequeña y, durante nuestra estancia, estaba muy concurrida, con muchos huéspedes consumiendo alcohol, lo que hacía que el ambiente fuera algo menos relajante de lo esperado.

Aun así, la experiencia ha sido positiva y recomendaría el hotel. Mi valoración es un 9/10.

Cons:

Las habitaciones resultan algo pequeñas para la categoría del hotel y el baño se nota anticuado, especialmente la bañera, que agradecería una renovación.

Por otro lado, el ambiente en la piscina de la terraza no fue el que esperaba. Es un espacio bastante reducido y, durante mi estancia, estaba muy concurrido, con un ambiente más orientado al ocio y al consumo de bebidas que al descanso y la tranquilidad.

Cons:

The pool area is very small and not well managed in the sense that sunbeds were left with towels on for hours, so other people did not feel able to use them and had nowhere to relax. This was something of a disappointment
