Exceptional place to stay.
Pros:

New, clean, and spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Abundance of choices for breakfast. Small but useful fitness room.
Location is great: next to Domodossola station (40 minutes to Malpensa airport).

Cons:

No tea/coffee in the room, but you can use the coffee corner at the reception. Not very convenient.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem.Personal. Die Lage fand ich toll. Nahe von Tram und Metro. Frühstück war sehr schön und reichlich gedeckt.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück darf man den Tisch unbesetzt lassen. Plötzlich hat es neue Zimmerschlüssel auf dem Tischbund schon teilweise abgeräumt. Die Lifte sind sehr klein und Treppe haben wir nicht geswhen, auf die man hätte ausweichen können. Es entstanden Wartezeiten.

Supervriendelijk personeel. Kamer piekfijn in orde. Ontbijt is top. Locatie is perfect voor een citytrip naar Milaan.

Cons:

De douchecabine was echt wel te smal. Voor de rest was de badkamer voortreffelijk.

what a great experience
Pros:

what a great experience! amazing breakfast, spacious, super clean and nicely renovated room, and the most friendly staff. Really liked the neighborhood and location too

Cons:

the only negative thing I can mention is noise from the street (tram goes just in front of the building), maybe not an issue for the rooms facing other side of the building

Gutes Hotel mit guter Preis/ Leistung. Wenn wir nochmal nach Mailand kommen sollten, würden wir es nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel lag zentral und wir konnten fußläufig den Mailänder Dom erreichen. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer und das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker.
Da wir mit einem Bus mit Dachbox angereist sind haben wir direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Sonntags ist das Parken frei und dann 2 € die Stunde. Das war für uns ok.
