A pleasant stay made truly special by Michelle’s warm Irish hospitality and fantastic recommendations.
Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We did have to change rooms because our first room was facing the car park and was quite noisy, but apart from that, we had no issues with the accommodation.

The absolute highlight of our stay was Michelle at reception. She welcomed us with genuine Irish hospitality and was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us lots of great advice and wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area. Thanks to her tips, we had a fantastic time and were able to make the most of our stay.

A huge thank you to Michelle for making our experience so special!

Cons:

The room seemed clean, but there was a strange, unpleasant smell that, thinking back, may have been coming from the carpet. We stayed on the second floor, and it was also a little disturbing that we could hear quite a lot of noise from the floor above us.

Le restaurant et bar Ivy. Le reste n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos commentaires et prix

Cons:

L’hotel est en bord de route. Il s’agit de la route principale menant a la ring of kerry donc TRES bruyante nuit comme jour. Les chambres de luxe sont minuscules, pas aérées car la fenetre ne le permet pas ou tres peu (et du coup aspergees de produit desodorant). Rien pour poser ses affaires et bagages. Le building est sombre, vieillot et mal équipé. Pas de jardin, tout donne sur le parking. Nous avions reserve 3 nuits et nous avons annule les 2 autres nuits et sommes parties tres vite. La réceptionniste a été tres comprehensive ainsi que la manager et c’est a souligner car adorable. Le staff du restaurant était tout aussi charmant. C’est vraiment dommage que les chambres ne soient pas a la hauteur car encore une fois le personnel et management sont adorables.

Cons:

Chambre très old school avec de la moquette qui date et du mobilier assez foncé.
Prix très élevé pour ce genre de prestration (300€/nuit)

Excellent location away from the busy downtown, within walking to GlenEagle and the parks. Classic hotel with great pub and restaurant onsite. Lots of parking.

Pros:

El desayuno y el personal que sirve el desayuno. Las chicas fueron muy amables. El desayuno estaba buenísimo y servido con mucho gusto. Por esto mereció la pena.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas. Nos alojaron en la planta de abajo y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle. También de la habitación contigua. La cena en el bar me sentó mal y acabé vomitando. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.
