Pros:

Breakfast was great ! Dessert in bar in evening was also outstanding.

Cons:

One server for breakfast was a little sour, but not too bad, just noticeable because of how wonderful all the rest of the staff was . So 10 or more great experiences through our stay, one not as good as the rest.

Comfortable, great location for Killarney and Ring of Kerry. Food in the restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Maura, who went above and beyond to help us maximise our stay in Killarney.

Cons:

Breakfast was fully waiter/waitress served, which was a bit slow at times.

Pros:

We travelled here with friends for an event in Killarney last year and it was so fabulous that we came back this year to do the same event. The bed are sooo comfy. The decor is amazing and the food was delicious. All the staff are fabulous

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor and near the road. Cause the room was warm we had the window open so we heard alot of road noise. That wouldn't stop me going back. We still had a great night's sleep

Total enjoyment, superb value for money and without doubt will be back.
Pros:

Food quality was excellent and overall standard of service was fantastic.
Maura on reception is fantastic.
Walk to Killarney centre was perfect, about 20 minutes.
Service in restaurant was to class and a special mention for Aine, a true professional, so friendly and obliging.

We had a truly relaxing weekend in a family friendly hotel with magnificent staff and gorgeous food
