Pros:

Boa localização, funcionários super atenciosos,lugar aconchegante

Cons:

Não gostei, apenas dos travesseiros estavam com cheiro de mofo .
E tinha varanda mas não consegui ter acesso,pois estava fechada com trava.

As instalações todas com infiltração, mofo e ar condicionado umidificando o quarto. O chão está minando água.

Hotel não é 4 estrelas,piscina escondida sem vista,no térreo hotel bagunçado povo falando alto demais,café da manhã tudo gelado pão duro,sempre a mesma coisa,omelete cobrado por fora do café achei tudo muito fraco

Apesar das observações que não gostamos, voltaria para uma outra estadia.
Pros:

Ótima localização, tem estacionamento coberto (apesar de ser pago à parte) e área de lazer com piscina e playground.

Cons:

Café da manhã não incluso, as cadeiras estavam sujas com algo parecido com sangue e tivemos que chamar alguém pra limpar. Não tinha lençol e toalha para todos os hóspedes, apesar de informarem que teria.

Quarto espaçoso, localização excelente, ótimo café da manhã, limpeza e bom restaurante no hotel.

Cons:

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, TV desligava sozinha, havia uma funcionária na recepção arrogante e mal humorada e tivemos um grande incômodo que fecharam o andar que eu estava para manutenção e tivemos que mudar de quarto, demorou, o quarto não abria a porta e quando conseguiram abrir o mofo era impossível de ficar.
