Stayed the for my wife birthday 🎂 we had a amazing time the hotel was in a great place to walk around the city the the casino was walking distance also canal street the staff was great 👍 and breakfast was great 👍

Room had issues. Water pressure very low, exterior signage light was broadcast inside the room on 10th floor. Breakfast was horrible(heavy salt on eggs, artificial texture and taste on sausage, coffee very bad). Parking was assigned, but kept being taken by someone(3x). At $40 a night for parking, this is terrible.

The smell of pot was everywhere. Every time we opened the door to step out of the room we were hit with that smell.

Hotel ist in Ordnung aber die Angestellten und Frühstück sind eine Zumutung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer weit ober so das uns der Straßenlärm nicht gestört hat. Zu Fuß sind es nur 5 Minuten ins Frech Quatier und 10 Minuten zum Hafen.

Cons:

Tja leider wurden wir vom Portier der Spätschicht verar.... . Er hat uns das falsche Parkhaus gezeigt und war eher unfreundlich und abweisend. Erst war es in Ordnung das wir erst parken( man kann vor dem Hotel nur auf der Straße parken) im Nachhinein hat er dann erzählt das wir erst hätten einchecken sollen und das Parkhaus kenne er plötzlich nicht mehr. Er hat und 5 Minuten vorher einen Zettel mit der Adresse gegeben. Dann waren Gespräche mit anderen Gästen viel wichtiger und er wurde auch noch frech und trotzig. Alleine deswegen werden wie nicht mehr dort buchen. Die Krönung war dann das am Frühstücksbuffet die warmen Speisen ( Ei und Fleisch) abgezählt und in kleinen Portionen zugeteilt wurde.
