Overall everything was okay.
Pros:

I liked the location, it was quiet, the cleanliness, and food. The first room smelled like smoke and we were moved to a nicer room. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I didn’t like the parking being a couple blocks down from the property. I wished the room had a microwave in it. And my daughter fell in the tub due to an incline or slope in the middle of the tub. But it did have a handle to use inside the tub.

Fantastic Stay!
Pros:

Room was clean, ac worked well. Staff was so polite and kind. Great location for the conference I was attending. It was a great value! If we come back to New Orleans we will be staying again!

Definitely a good find and a great deal for a nice hotel in a central location!
Pros:

Appreciated the complementary breakfast, it was average but nice to have! The rooms were clean and had all amenities of a decent hotel.

Cons:

The room was very cramped, which would not have mattered on a normal vacation when you’re only using the room to sleep, but we both got sick from traveling and had to spend a lot of time in the room

After the headache of parking and locating a place to park and check in it was a very nice experience. The staff was won

The staff was amazing. The property was impeccably clean. Cute decor and curb side appeal.

Cons:

The paid parking is horrendous. The first parking hole we were assigned the vehicle fit into the space but i could not get out which meant the avalanche we were next to could not get in. We had to call and ask for another spot. We drove around 15 minutes trying to find a place to park to check in bc the 2 parking spots were taken.

NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. SOAP TOO SMALL. TV WAS SEMI- INOPERABLE

Great place to stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean and the towels were luxury. The breakfast was good. The location was an easy walk to everything. Almost all the staff were friendly and helpful. Toiletries and coffee was refeshed daily.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the main light in the room was brighter as there was no window, and black tea as well as the coffee was available in the room.
