Overall it was an affordable, perfect location, and friendly staff.

I will never stay there again

Nothing to write about I was very upset with the lady checking me in and the head manager once he came the next day.

Cons:

So on booking.com when I booked it said one time $50 deposit not every night $50 dollars so I paid $150 then it said free parking I was also charged $45 dollars every night $135. Then the girl charged me $585+98 to check into the hotel are I couldn’t get my keys to the room Later found out I was only due to pay 98 to get my keys. Then manager comes the next day and told me I should have called the hotel and don’t use booking. Com they are trash then made it clear to me that the property was independent on, and he didn’t have to do anything. Then when I checked out, they charged me another 585 on my credit card. It was just overwhelming and too much to be on vacation and what about if I wouldn’t have had the money that they kept taking off my card.

Good value hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to French Qtr, WW2 museum, and lots of good bars and restaurants. Free breakfast was good enough and room was serviced daily.

Cons:

A little dated and room was quite small although comfortable.

Pros:

It was a cool, clean room with everything we needed, and housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely close to Bourbon Street, so we were able to walk everywhere without moving the car until we actually wanted to do something outside of the tourist attraction.

Cons:

I didn't have a good view at all; the windows in our room were longer than the floor, which was confusing, and our view consisted of brick walls

Good value great location.
Pros:

The location was great. The price was just right. The room was clean with a good view. The bed was just right not too hard and not too soft.

Cons:

The only complaints are minor and not really complaints. There were no bagels at breakfast and no fruit for the yogurt.
