Expected much better!
Pros:

It took forever for my room to be ready.
Little care or concern seemed to be placed on my need to get access to my room in order to get ready for a work event I had.
The room was like an icebox when I entered.
I was unimpressed by the incredibly corporate stale room, the shower and shower curtain. Plus the bed was both uncomfortable and the sheets/ comforter were laughably thin and inadequate to keep me warm. And I was awakened a little after 4 am by the garbage truck loudly and slowly emptying the large hotel bin 3 floors below my window. While I know you don’t control the municipal utility, I would imagine smart properties wield some influence to ensure visitors have a good experience while in Bend.
The only good thing about my stay was the location. Fortunately there are other hotels in that area that I will stay at in the future.

Fantastic View
Pros:

My room had a great view of Deschutes River and the Three Sisters mountains. The paid for breakfast buffet was great! Also, the hotel location was right next to the Mill district.

Very nice and great location - expensive parking.
Pros:

Great location next to Mill District, river, and Hayden Homes amphitheater. Room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn't try the breakfast buffet ($16), there are too many good options in Bend for breakfast. We got a room on the 3rd floor facing the river. Great view of the mountains! Only complaints are the shower head was a bit weak and it wasn't obvious we were being charged $20/night for parking.

Pros:

Closeness to the old mill district area

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't tell me about paying for parking when I checked in, but later when I checked out the receptionist told me is was $20 per night.
I think they could have been more transparent with this fees.
Also, the price of the room per night is expensive enough not to include parking.

The staff was great

Cons:

The pool was out along with the spa and the the $20 parking charge that was tacked on in the end was, in my mind, criminal. Also no continental breakfast, even super 8 offer that.....over priced stay that I will not use again.

Pros:

We stayed here one night while passing through from Nebraska to Eugene, Oregon. The staff was great and the room was fantastic!

It was fine. The staff were pleasant and it was really clean.

Cons:

The spa and pool were closed. There was no indication of that in the booking. I would have chose a different hotel had I known.

The menu and what the server said in the restaurant didn’t match up.

Cons:

That you now have to pay for parking. This is the 1st year that there was a charge and if I’m already paying a good amount of money staying at your hotel parking should be part of that nightly fee. Very disappointed if the new fee.
