Boa localização
Pros:

Localização muito boa. Quarto ótimo. Adoramos tudo.

Cons:

Pedimos pequeno almoço para levar porque tínhamos voo cedo e não gostamos minimamente do que nos colocaram nos sacos. Sandes de carne e pickles com maionese para uma criança de 5 anos às 6h30 da manhã não foi uma boa opção.

Great start bad finish
Pros:

Check in was great a lovely receptionist bar was well stocked and manned and the room was excellent lovely big double bed and bathroom and so very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing we went down early and some items were already gone i asked if they were going to be restocked and was told they were on the way so ate what was still available and around 40 minutes later nothing got restocked breakfast gives the last impression of a hotel

Perfecto para una escapada corta.
Pros:

Todo!
La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación(cerca de la estación del tren y del centro), la habitación amplia y cómoda y sorprendentemente el desayuno,con gran variedad de productos, eso sí, de su gastronomía, en total un acierto.

Tökéletes választás néhány napos ott tartózkodásra
Pros:

A hotel nagyon jó helyen van a városban, csendes, mégis egy rövid sétával könnyen elérhető a népszerű belváros. A szállástól 1-2 percre villamosmegálló is található. A szoba nekünk teljesen megfelelt, mindennel fel volt szerelve amire szükségünk volt. Kényelmes volt az ágy, tágas volt a szoba és a fürdőszoba is. Kedves személyzet.

Cons:

A reggeli 3-4 nap ott tartózkodásra tökéletes, ha ennél hosszabb időre megy az ember, akkor kicsit egyhangú lehet, mert nem annyira változatos. Viszont azért ezt sem mondanám nagy negatívumnak.

Πολύ καλή και ευχάριστη διαμονή που ανταποκριθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι άριστο σε πολύ καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, πολυ κοντά στην είσοδο της παλιάς πόλης και στην αγορά τροφίμων Stary Kleparz, καθως επισης σε στάσεις λεωφορειων και τραμ. Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιόν και στο πρωινό ήταν ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και το κυριότερο με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη.Δυνατότητα μεταφοράς απο και προς το αεροδρομιο με 120zl (εμείς χρειαστηκαμε μεταφορα στις 04:00 ξημερώματα Κυριακής, διότι είχαμε πρωινή πτηση και δεν είχαμε κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα). Καλό πρωινό με αρκετές επιλογές το οποίο ανανεώνονταν καθημερινά και ανταποκριθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω σίγουρα θα ήταν επιλογή αν ξαναβρεθούμε στην πανέμορφη Κρακοβια. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολυ

Aamiainen oli hyvä, ei perinteinen skandinaavinen aamiainen. Huone ja yleiset tilat oli puhtaat ja siistit, sisustus oli kaunis.

Huoneessa piti olla kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, mutta toiset pedit olikin oleskelutiloissa.
