Comfortable stay for the night before a cruise.
Pros:

Room was nice and roof top pool/view was pretty.

Cons:

Confusing parking situation when trying to figure out where to go to check in, this could be bc it was my first time in New Orleans so it may be easier if you have been before and know the area, also check in was on a higher floor which was confusing when walking in on the first floor and not seeing a desk at first.

My room door was off track, we had a hard time opening and closing the door. The bath tub did not drain out. It was soap

Great place to stay and comfortable.

The most perfect stay I highly recommend.
Pros:

From when I made it and talked to valet to the desk receptionist to the room everything was perfect. I honestly wasn’t expecting the room to be that big. THE SHOWER AMAZING. I loved it even though I stayed one night. I will definitely be back!!

Cons:

The location I loved and hate it was a busy street but so close to Canal street so it wasn’t bad at all. I disliked the elevators the most I got stuck on it for awhile but no other others.
