Superlative first two days. Pauper second two days.
Pros:

Had an upgrade through booking.com
Extended. Got the tiny tiniest room. Did not extend our free breakfast. Raised rate. Really treated us as unimportant, when in fact we had a 4 night stay downtown Madrid!

Cons:

Convenient. Clean.

O hotel é muito bem localizado o que facilitou muito a nossa viagem que foi curta e nos permitiu visitar o maior número de pontos turísticos. Além disso tem muitas opções para alimentação ao redor. Como nao tivemos café da manhã tbm foi ótimo. Estrutura super atendeu nossa família. Quase não tivemos necessidade de interagir com os funcionários porque ficávamos o dia todo fora. Mas quando solicitavamos alguma informação éramos bem atendidos.
