Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación y a pesar de estar en el centro de madrid, no se escuchaba nada de bulla esta en un sitio estratégico a 1 cuadra de la plaza El sol, y alli esta el metro

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável, cama boa, chuveiro e amenities também. Quarto com uma mini sacada super charmosa.

Cons:

Disparou o alarme de incêndio de madrugada, ninguém sabia como proceder ao certo, só saímos do prédio… no fim foi algum hóspede que fumou no quarto… mas nada a reclamar do hotel.

The location was perfect, and the staff were also polite and nice

Cons:

Internal lighting is so poor, facing inner courtyard, bathroom basic needs were not available even upon request like a toothbrush, drinking water was available only on first day of arrival then they refused to provide any unless chargeable. Cleanliness was not the beat, I found hair on bed and bathroom every day, towels were stained badly

Excellent location and value with amazing breakfast

The location was excellent—right in the middle of everything and on a pedestrian street. Very clean hotel; incredible breakfast; comfortable beds.

Muy buena estadia en madrid

Nuestra habitacion era simple, comoda ,limpia. Buen aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El precio del desayuno. Si bien tdniamos un descuento13 euros c/u), eramos 5 y podiamos desayunar por mucho menos fuera del hotel.
Un ascensor estaba fuera de servicio

En pocos meses, de hotel muy agradable a no vuelvo!!

A las 8:05h. con el "no molesten" En la puerta, empezaron a hacer mucho las limpiadoras en la habitación de al lado...hasta 8:45h, para un día que podemos dormirrrr!!!!
El ascensor fatal: 1 directamente roto, el otro (6 alturas), paraba dónde quería...marcabas 3 y paraba en el 2...además muy lento
