Pros:

La ubicación es cómoda y bien céntrica para ir a todos lados

Cons:

Los servicios son un desastre, no andaba el aire acondicionado central y no tienen split (enfriaba muy poco y hacía un calor de morirse). Nos dieron un “ventilador”, el teléfono de la habitación no andaba, así q je cada vez que necesitabas algo, tenías que bajar. Muy poca voluntad de la gente del lugar por solucionar nada, y ponen chicos jóvenes a trabajar que solo te contestan que no pueden hacer nada. Un desastre, no volvería, lo único bueno es la ubicación y el desayuno (el personal del desayuno es el único amable)

Excelente ubicación, atendieron muy bien a mi hija el día de su cumpleaños. El lobby del hotel necesita una remodelación

Cons:

Aire acondicionado necesita un upgrade, a pesar que rápidamente atendieron mi llamada y cambiaron el filtro, el aire no enfría muy bien. La caja fuerte lo mismos, Laura subió a auxiliarnos, y al día siguiente fue la gente de mantenimiento, la dejó funcionando pero como siempre, al día siguiente ya no funcionaba de nuevo

Super Unterkunft im Herzen Madrids
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Haltestelle Sol im Herzen Madrids, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Kleine Balkone und Verdunklungsvorhänge. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist zentral gesteuert und die Bedienung etwas tricky.
