The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices, including healthy ones. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The hotel is situated close to the main train station and reasonably close to trams. Many sites are walking distance. Nice restaurants fairly close by.
A bit more cupboard space to unpack clothing would have been good - especially for a couple staying for 7 days. However, we managed with the cupboard space they gave us.

Comfortable bed and pillows.
Room had window between bathroom and bedroom, so if someone is in the bathroom at night the light shines in the bedroom. Really stupid. Get a curtain or something.

It is ok if you have the room on the street side because the Monkey bar is loud and over the weekend there is a music so if you are arriving tired and with kids it can be a little annoying. Breakfast is very good. And one gentleman at the reception was very kind but I can not remember the name.
Air conditioning is very loud. The lady at the reception could be kinder and with a smile on the face. It does not cost anything but means so much. 😊

Die Massagen waren sehr sehr gut!
Im Zimmer hatte es 26 Grad und die Klima funktionierte nicht wirklich.
Bademäntel sollten am Zimmer sein!
