We felt very welcome there and loved our bigger room. The staff was exceptional!!

Sofa bed poor quality. Teen son opted to use as a couch instead, he didn’t sleep well at all.

I'd use it again.
Pros:

Spacious apartment. Good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Any door closing (mainly the two entry doors to the building) made the apartment vibrate besides the excessive noise! Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Overall comfortable bed, sofa and room overall.
Good basic breakfast provided.

Cons:

Old infrastructure, only partially renovated. Bathroom pretty well renovated. But old Hotel.
Lack of sufficient parking.
Overpriced.
They save money and don't to the room only once in a week, unless you ask for more.
Not enough utensils in kitchen.
AC extremely noisy.

Hotel is tired with multiple features inoperative. We eventually changed rooms and accepted a small courtesy rebate as compensation for multiple accessory malfunctions.

Decent, not great. Staff, though, was very pleasant and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was good -- standard. Size of room was good, though not as nicely appointed as other Residence Inns we've stayed at.

Cons:

The pull-out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The TV selection was limited, and no guide function was available. You had to cycle through channels to find anything, and the channels were pretty limited.
