Villa Orquidea is a true gem in Merida!
Pros:

The staff at Villa Orquidea make you feel like you are at home - they are friendly, attentive and caring. We arrived very late due to our flight delay, but they made sure to send us detailed information to access the property and our room. Our room was better than the photos described - clean and spacious. Breakfast at Villa Orquidea is a treat - multiple courses and the staff catering to dietary needs. The property is located within walking distance to all major sites in the Historical Center.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with truly exceptional staff — always warm, smiling, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day were such a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Stijlvol en gastvrij ontvangen in Merida! Een topverblijf
Pros:

Een topverblijf in een prachtige koloniale villa. Alsof we bij de koning logeerden. Een hartelijk ontvangst en een prachtige ruime kamer en badkamer. Klein zwembadje maar prima op de binnenplaats. Zo gastvrij koffie, thee water en zelfs snacks kan je ten allen tijden pakken. Het ontbijt was geweldig aanschuiven aan de lange antieke tafel, prachtig gedekt met mooi servies. We voelden ons hier echt te gast! Je loopt zo Merida in en parkeren kan voor de deur.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel war einfach hervorragend.
Uns wurde sofort bei jeder Angelegenheit geholfen ♡♡
Zwar gab es kleine sprachliche Hindernisse aber mit Händen und Füßen haben wir alles hinbekommen :P
Ich kann das Hotel wirklich nur jedem empfehlen!!!
Vor allem Rauchern ;P
Man darf hier nämlich im Poolbereich rauchen.
Das hat uns ehrlich gesagt brutal erleichtert

Die Lage für Ausflüge nach Chichen Itze, Ek Balam und Valladolid ist hervorragend und ich kann die Stadt Merida wirklich nur jedem empfehlen

Excelente ubicación y desayuno.
Pros:

Me encantó el trato de las mujeres que ahí trabajan, te hacen sentir como en casa y muy buena comunicación de parte de las encargadas. El desayuno delicioso. Ubicación céntrica y segura. Dejamos el auto en la calle y no hubo ningún problema.
