Good hotel but hotel communication was unsatisdactory
Pros:

The hotel was clean and has std room. The breakfast was good. The location was also good , it was next to metro station and was easy to reach.

Cons:

We couldn’t establish healty communication with the hotel unless we messaged to hotel days before. We messaged to hotel but they replied after we reached the hotel. The breakfast was too crowded and the staff didn’t inform it to us by checkin ( most hotels inform their guest by checkin session)Because we could arrange our breakfast time according it. There was no wc’s on the ground floor , you have to go -1 floor.

Struttura valida ma alcune cose da rivedere e migliorare

Struttura sicura e accessoriata

Cons:

Pulizia della camera scarsa, help desk migliorabile, mancavano asciugamani, saponi, etc. Francamente da un 4 stelle non me lo sarei aspettato e onestamente non mi era mai capitato

Grundsätzlich die Preise in Hamburgs Hotels zu hoch, Frühstück sollte mind. beinhaltet sein für diesen Preis. Tiefgarage zu niedrig für unser Auto, war so nicht nutzbar

Døren til toilet på værelset slutter ikke helt tæt, hvilket er et stort ønske ift. lyd og duft på værelset. Især når man bor 4 på værelset.

Good base to explore Hamburg from
Pros:

This is a nice hotel with a good selection of facilities including a nice bar and restaurant and a sauna, steam room and small gym. There is a car park (very expensive) underneath the hotel. The hotel is quite a way out of Hamburg city centre - about a 45 minute walk. But it's also next to an underground station if you want to take public transport. There is not much in the immediate vicinity but there is loads to do and see in Hamburg. The room was comfy and had everything we needed.
