Pros:

Disponibilità reception, colazione molto ricca e varietà di scelta. metropolitana a 20 mt che permette di raggiungere il centro con 6 fermate. raggiungibile comodamente da e per l'aeroporto. Camera (noi 2 adulti e due bambini) molto spaziosa e pulita. possibilità di deposito bagagli senza nessun problema. BRAVI!

Insgesamt schönes Hotel, gute/zentrale Lage, gute Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Leider haben wir zuerst ein Raucherzimmer erhalten. Erst nach einigen Tagen wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Unser Sohn hatte zudem ein Kuscheltier vergessen, weshalb wir im nach dem Aufenthalt mehrfach Kontakt zum Hotel aufgenommen hatten, wobei wir leider keine Antwort erhalten haben.

Hamburg ist eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Das Hotel lebt das Thema Nachhaltigkeit. Auch beim Frühstück, keine Plastikverpackungen.
U-Bahnstation direkt vor dem Hotel.
Fitnessgeräte sind ebenfalls vorhanden und frei nutzbar.

Cons:

Nur bei der Zimmerreinigung wird das Thema Nachhaltigkeit leider trotz der Wahloption und Hinweisschild nicht konsequent durchgezogen. Und leider auch das altbekannte Thema des Wechsels von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche wird nicht wie angegeben umgesetzt.
