Top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich an der U-Bahn. Das Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage stehengelassen werden. Fitness klein aber fein. Dampfbad, Sauna, Ruhezone, Garderobe tipptopp. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klobrille/Deckel passt nicht auf dieses WC. (zu klein)
Der Bereich Morgen-Buffet müsste ein bisschen grösser gestaltet werden…. Platz wäre vorhanden.

God frukost och nära till tunnelbanan.
Pros:

Läget = precis vid tunnelbanan för U1 och U3. Bra frukost, hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Något trångt på rummet för 4 personer med madrassen på golvet för de två extra. Funkade dock bra med tanke på att det var barn vi reste med.

Hyggelig familie tur til Hamborg. Personale, renlighed og service var i top.
Pros:

Måden vi blev taget imod, af det super serviceminded personale, Især hende der checkede os in d. 21/7-2026 omkring kl. 16.00 Man følte sig velkommen fra day one.

Personalet er der for at hjælpe med det samme hvis man mangler eller har spørgsmål til noget.

Alt i alt var vi fuldt tilfredse under hele vores ophold.
Vil klart anbefale dette hotel og vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
