Die Lage direkt bei der U-Bahnstation Lübecker Straße ist großartig! Bei einem Städtetrip kommt man überall sehr schnell hin!

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Die Lage war sehr gut. Zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es halten zwei U-Bahn-Linien in direkter Nähe U1 und U3.

Cons:

Fürs Frühstück musste man an manchen Tagen lange anstehen um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das war schwer zu kalkulieren. In Eile durfte man nicht sein.

Familien willkommen
Pros:

Die Lage Nähe U1 und U3 sehr gut. Bis zum Hbf waren es nur 2 Haltestellen. Mit der U1 konnten man zB bis Jungfernstieg fahren.
Fußläufig Hallenbad und in ca 15 Minuten kann man die Außenalster mit Parkanlage erreichen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Fenster sind gut isoliert. Sind sie zu, hört man den Verkehr nicht.
Viele Familien mit Kindern.

Cons:

Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war etwas eng.
Im Bad der Handtuchhalter war nur für 2 große Handtücher, aber nicht für 3.
Große Andrang beim Frühstücken. Heute Montag 27.10.26 mussten wir um 08:30 15 Minuten warten bis wir einen Tisch bekamen. Danach war es schlimmer, die Schlange wuchs ca 20 m. Erst um 09:30 gab Entspannung. Wir konnten das gut verfolgen.

Vom einchecken bis zum auschecken lief alles super. Kompetentes Personal machte es möglich!!!!

Es fehlte an nichts, es war alles da, was das Herz begehrte, für jung und alt, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service, einfach perfekt.

Es war sonst alles okay
