Overall, though wonderful.
Pros:

Excellent location and property. The staff were lovely, helpful, and kind.

Cons:

The only criticism was that the breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of that caliber. Selections were limited and not kept well supplied. I travel a lot through Italy and this should have been better.

The location suited our plans, but otherwise it was our mistake to chose Hotel Aurora.
Pros:

The location of the property well suited our to hike the Path of the Gods and the Path of Lemons.

Cons:

The 4-star rating is over-stated and undeserved. The staff member, a lady, on the daytime shift at Reception was rude and obnoxious and only performed her duties grudgingly after being pressed. All the other staff members were polite and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Amalfi best pick!
Pros:

Everything!!! The staff super friendly and professional. The hotel is clean, nice and located at beach level so no stairs to access the hotel. Blocks away from the heart of Amalfi but no noise to be disturbed.

Cons:

The lady at the reception hung up the phone on me all because I begged for 30 mins late check as I woke up late due to the fact that I was sick the day before and i mentioned to her to give me time to shower.

She said no and that I was making it difficult for her , thereafter she hung up .

I was spoked by that .

Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect with breathtaking sea views and an easy walk to Amalfi’s center. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast on the terrace was outstanding. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff—Enrico, Marisa, Delfina, Gerry, Andrew, and Claudie. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like family. They even surprised my son with a birthday cake, creating a memory we’ll cherish forever.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. We only wish we had booked a longer stay.
