Cortesia e servizi super in posizione strategica per visitare il Conero
Pros:

Nadia è una persona carinissima e super cordiale. Ci ha accolto e mostrato tutti i servizi [cucina con tutti gli accessori, frigorifero e freezer!]
Nella zona comune c’è una stanza lavanderia [completamente gratis con lavatrice ed asciugatrice a disposizione degli ospiti] ed un “salottino” all’aperto con distributori di bevande calde e fredde. Ottima posizione per visitare la zona del Conero. Ampio parcheggio esterno attorno al residence!

Cons:

Se avete il sonno leggero sentirete i treni passare perché si è a pochissimi passi dalla stazione [punto a favore per chi viaggia con i mezzi]

Residence molto ben attrezzato ed organizzato. Ragazza alla reception non molto sorridente ma disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi imprevisto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Complimenti per la comodità dei letti

Ha rispettato le esigenze basilari per un soggiorno di una notte per un concerto allo stadio.
Pros:

La colazione non era inclusa ma la struttura è ordinata e pulita.. l'abbiamo usato per dormire dopo un concerto allo stadio di Ancona, posizione buona per una toccata e fuga

piccolo appartamento molto bello, semplice ma curato. apprezzato tantissimo il cioccolatino lindt e l’acqua di benvenuto, lo consiglio

Cons:

unico dettaglio è il balcone sporco ma è davvero un dettaglio minimo perché il resto era perfetto

L' alloggio è accogliente e funzionale.
