According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Guests must contact the hotel directly in order to request extra beds.
\Reservations processed through this system consist of up to 9 apartments per period on average. Quarto estava todo reformado, muito confortável, com ótima vista, e me chamou a atenção as toalhas grandes e felpudas, o que nao é usual em hotéis mais executivos.

A recepção no check-in foi nula, não ajudou em absolutamente nada. Somos idosos e preencher formulario via qrcode pelo celular sem nenhuma ajuda no momento de chegada foi muito extressante.

O banheiro vazava agua no box por todo banheiro, a acústica pessima! As 2 da manhã tive que pedir para trocar de quarto pq o quarto de cima estavam em ato sexual e se ouvia tudo! E so me trocaram de quarto quando eu falei que ia avaliar Google!
