My recent two-night stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this property is poorly managed and in desperate need of maintenance.
The list of issues was extensive:
Sanitation & Drainage: The bathtub had severe water clogging issues. Every time I showered, the water pooled at my ankles within seconds, creating a gross and unsanitary environment.
Persistent Odors: There was an overwhelming smell of weed and cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel and inside the room. It was impossible to escape the stench, making the room feel unclean and uncomfortable the entire time.
False Advertising: The hotel explicitly advertised breakfast starting at 6:00 AM. However, on both mornings, there was absolutely nothing available at that time. It felt like a bait-and-switch.
Broken Amenities: The TV remote was completely non-functional. I had to manually click the buttons on the TV nearly 100 times just to get it to turn on and change channels, which was a ridiculous waste of time.
This stay was far below the standard I expected. I am very frustrated by the lack of cleanliness and the failure to provide the basic services they promised. I will not be returning, and I suggest you save your money and book a different hotel.

The staff was rude and the room was dirty. Housekeeping opened the room without notice and didn’t even apologize.
Breakfast was decent but too many people and there's not enough food for everyone. People have to wait very long until the food get refilled.
The bed is too small, and the breakfast was inconvenient when too many people and not enough food.

The room felt very unclean, with stains on the sofa. The water in the bathtub leaked. When I asked about changing rooms, the front desk was not accommodating. Instead they came and fiddled with the faucet and just suggested that I keep the door closed, so the faucet did not disturb me. I ended up not using the tub during my stay.

The furniture was outdated. The area did not look the greatest. I asked for a room upstairs. The rep was taking care of other guests she told it will just take too long. I mean I had no problem waiting.

They have false advertising on their website. They promote they are pet friendly however I was denied my room when I arrived after a 11 hour car ride from NJ

This property needs to be updated. The card readers are ancient, although clean it felt very lived in.
The breakfast was nice, it had options.
The bathroom sink and tub was dirty and the shower curtain was missing, I told the gentlemen at the front desk. He tried clean the sink with a tissue, told me the tub wasn't dirty, it was a shadow on the tub. I got cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself and when I told him about it he said I should have told them there was an issue. I did. Also the toilet run all night even after I got up several times to giggle the handle. I also told him that as well. I asked for a reduction or refund for the price I paid for the room. I'm waiting to see if I received it. I think the worst part was how he tried to make it sound like I didn't ask for assistance with the problems with the room. Never stay there again.

we stayed 2 nights. the first day breakfast was not served. we were told breakfast was at 6am. nothing was ready and we had to leave. day 2 breakfast was ready.
The breakfast was ok; had different things to choose from.
Didn't like the fact that their cleaning schedule was not consistent enough, because we had to change the sheets on the bed ourselves. We understood that they were understaffed, but they would need to work out on hiring more people.
